Location was good The hotel was dirty. The service was very vEry bad. I asked them every day to do standard room service, and they didn't do it for 3 days in a row, then when i demanded it from them, they gave me an attitude like it was not my right. You go to the breakfast area, always empty. 5 days we had to eat from near by restaurants for a breakfast included place I couldn't cancel my reservation ro go somewhere elese and totally ruined my vacation as a non worth it for a 1 star hotel. Total disappointment and can not advise you enough to stay away from this crappy place.

Price was fair compared to what you will get , also the Forum Mall is very near ( 2 minutes by car ) The bedsheets were not clear in both beds , and the apartment design is kind of weird as there was a pillar separating the room sides

Good location nearby the airport, clean room and good value for money, byt the only downside is noise. We can hear some noise from the street. + and every one passing the floor will hear our conversation. But overall, good location and choice

Staff is very professional. All are best and Specially ABDUREHMAN is amazing helpful. Location is good. Near the airport and main Mall in Trabzon. Breakfast can be better

Not clean room very very small we take two days firs days it was cleared put second day not clean the room have smell ? in the bath room

Location is good Room had many issues(AC not working, curtin fall ,bathroom door locked and doesn't open). All issues reported to hotel management, but fixes were late, and some issues ignored and didn't fix Breakfast is very limited and basic Stayed 3 nights and didn't like it

I liked the stuff , the receptionist abbas , he was helpful and very nice , i had a flu and I asked for lemon tea, they sent totally free, I had come early and they gave me free coffee and free tea and even free check in, stuff is amazing honestly and hotel is clean and quiet close to the bus stop and in front of it there is a mall. If the walls of the hotel were bit sound proof , it would be amazing, but hey , it wasn’t that of a big deal , room was quite at midnight so you will sleep like baby
