Nice location & within walking distance to every sightseeing spot. Great breakfast with many varieties, however, the guests were also many, so better to get breakfast early. Clean room & bathroom with amenities provided. The receptionist didn't speak English, but Google Translate helped. The beds were hard & stiff, a bit uncomfortable. It got a bit noisy when people were gathering in the living room/sofa near the elevator.

Good location. Guests were smoking in the room nearby so much that my room was full of smoke. Despite the hotel is considered as non-smoking the personnel did not do anything about it. I asked kindly to do something with it or change my room but it was unfortunately ignored.

Staff was very helpful and helped me get a refund for a night I had to cancel after the booking cancellation period! I had charged my card and they refunded me in cash. I really appreciate their assistance! N/A - this was a fairly standard hotel, no complaints!
