Clean, modern, good breakfast, comfortable beds Conditioners did not seem to cool the room even working at max level. It was too late and we did not ask for help. So we slept with open window. Conditioners were turned off when we arrived

Nice hotel at the center of Tashkent. It was my 5th visit to this hotel.

Friendly staff, good location, decent breakfast, nice view Room was way to hot and couldn’t lower the heating, shower was not great, toiletries bad quality, carpet in the room was not hoovered properly, bed was hard and duvet was heavy and stiff.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Staff was extremely helpful. Location is very good, very close to the train station.

It’s clean, comfortable to stay, day and night stuff are all amazingly polite, the higher management is very friendly, brought me suhour everyday at 4:30am for my liking so I can say I will be coming back and recommending this place! All good.

Spacious clean room with a great view. Breakfast was included in our price and it was very comprehensive. Made to order omelette a highlight. Bad smell of drains in our bathroom and common areas esp the lift. Fortunately not in the bedroom.

I rent two room, one room the heater was notvworking and we end up sleeping in one room and I gave them back the key for the other room and told them as I could not use the room and they could not provide me with alternative solutions I want my money back for the room and they ask me to write to their manager and I did and still did not refund my money

I also used hotel's swimming pool and conference hall, and were very satisfied. The bathroom situation is not great. Both, showers and bidet shower vere not tuned and sprayed water everywhere. There were no shower curtains, and the bathroom floor was regularly flooded.

Information given by the staff was misleading. They need to be better trained. The double bed was actually two single beds together so it was not a real bed. Location is convenient if you need to catch a train. Breakfast was nice. ATM at the hotel was useful.

Breakfast was plentiful and the service was good. The heated pool and gym were great. The room was clean, too. Lost lipstick has been recovered, thanks to the front desk staff for apologising.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it seemed everything I needed was within 5km radius and using the yango taxi app made life very easy. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, a real credit to the place. I feel in love with the chicken club sandwich when I was there and the food came in great time, I was never waiting too long for my food. No beer at the bar :) But the hotel is really cool about you bringing in bottles and having them in your room, there's two great bottle stores about 400 meters from the hotel. The gym is a bit small, but the pool is very nice.

Room was very big. Location next to the orthodox church is nice, not too far from main rail station and a metro station. The room is marketed as having a balcony. These rooms do not have balconies - only 1 room per floor does, so this is falsely advertised. The view wasn't as expected at all. Strange smell in the room. Staff were also difficult to communicate with.
