The space is good. Cleanliness is top-notch. I got there very early at about 8am due to my flight schedule. I didn't specifically like the body language of the lady that first attended to us when I requested for early check-in even though I told her that I was a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member. She was a little rude. Later I was offered early check in at noon.. My baggage was stored for me and we also got breakfast even before check-in so I was impressed when other staff members attended to me.

Excellent and friendly service from the staff. Great selection from the complimentary breakfast. The room was even more spacious than expected with a fully functional kitchen. Very good price for the room per night considering how close to everything in the downtown it was.

Completely wonderful staff including the front desk lady that I’m sorry to say, I forgot her name. She was so helpful and let us check in early after a long overnight flight.

The rooms and staff were fantastic. Great location near everything, yet quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, with lots of hot foods. The hallways look pretty tired and I wish the breakfast had bacon every day.

I like that breakfast was included in the price and that is was buffet style with fair variety to choose from. The location was excellent, very centrally located with public transportation easy to get to. the room was big with a double bed and a sofa bed; the sofa bed was not that comfy, though. I also like the daily complementary bottles of water in the room. Staff at reception was really kind. The facade was not appealing with a dark door always closed (it would be nicer if it were glass). Some of the staff at the dining breakfast area were not happy when you asked for something different to what was oiffred in the buffet (like non lactose milk).
