Good location and easy to get in and out. Other capsules are a maze or bad location. The bed is slightly too thin if you are a male. Need to lay the blanket down and sleep on top with nothing over you to avoid some discomfort.

They had the heat on while it was 60+ degrees outside. It was so hot inside! I woke up sweating in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep and ended up checking out at 5 in the morning to escape the heat inside

separate floor between men and women. pretty clean. provide towel, toiletries and pajamas. pillow and blanket are comfy bed kinda too thin, location definitely for adult only. would be nice if washroom got cleaned more often..

Large enough capsule to store all my goods without going in and out of my luggage. Light was very dim and the shades don't go down all the way leaking in light. Wash area was a bit dirty, mold in the sink.

I like how floors are separated by gender. I felt very safe and all the other women were quiet and respectful of the space. The capsules are very spacious! It was a little inconvenient to have the lockers only on one floor.

It was in a decent area of shinjuku There was no safe place to store luggage and the beds were extremely uncomfortable

Didn’t have a kitchen area, fridge. My mattress was lacking in sponginess where the body sleeps. Felt like sleeping on a floor.

Good place to stay in Tokyo . I booked it after reading many reviews of other hostels but this one meet my expectations Recommended ???? No towels changing for me I don’t know if i had to ask or not but they should change it everyday

Please try to keep some new towels every day

Location

The door was loud. It is a sliding door but it really made a loud noise. It’s hard to get to sleep.

I thought it was in a less hectic location and you didn’t have to pay for a shower.

Plentiful places to plug and charge things inside the capsule Sheets are clean The provided indoor slippers are more sturdy and well-made compared to some other capsule hotels The provided loungewear is very comfortable Water pressure in the showers is nice and strong The capsule bed construction itself is very sturdy so it doesn't wobble or shake when people climb up and down the ladder The location is AMAZING. Close to lots of shops and restaurants, and to shrines and other places of interest. The shower area is slightly narrow compared to other capsule hotels. There is no additional ventilation inside each capsule. Even in winter, it was kind of warm. The lockers are very narrow. I had trouble fitting my 30-litre backpack into the locker (not an issue in 95% of other places). So people carrying wheeled suitcases had to leave their bags around the shower area / lounge area. There is a window for each capsule (which is great) but the blinds do not fully cover the window so lights from the street come into your sleeping space. The communal lounges should not be in the same space as the sleeping area. People eating, dealing with their luggage, etc. can all be heard very clearly, especially if they have plastic bags. The mattress is very thin. You can feel the flooring right underneath you and even though I'm used to sleeping on hard mattresses, even this was a little too thin. There is one lift for the whole hotel, which the staff also use to transport supplies/laundry up and down the building. At night, there is no one at reception to speak with about problematic and inconsiderate guests. I had an extremely loud American girl in the room with me. At 11:45pm, she was watching cartoons without any earphones on, and laughing very loudly. At one point, she said out loud, "This is the funniest s_ _ _ I've ever seen." *She was so loud, I could hear her through my earplugs.* Although other people were hushing her, she did not turn down the volume and stop laughing until I said "omg SHUT UP" very loudly. I would have preferred to speak to a member of staff to deal with stuff like this.

Great stay! Best capsule hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was much cleaner than other capsule hotels and hostels I’ve been to. Great value for the money, but a bit of a long walk from shinjuku station. Most capsule hotels provide earplugs but this one does not, so I recommend bringing your own.
