The hotel location is exceptional, I don’t need to write anything else. Breakfast is very good also and the views are great! The hotel seems a bit outdated, specially the rooms. Have in mind I went during the summer so it was very hot outside but the A/C was very weak.

Amazing view, amazing and helpful staff, great coffee for free every morning, beautiful artworks everywhere and great location in the middle of a business-centered district. So not a lot of tourists around but lots of options for restaurants. Also, Miyazaki’s clock is on the other side of the road. 3 minutes walk! The laundry machines don’t dry well. We used the laundry machines on the 27th floor, and we did 2 cycles of during and everything was still wet. Also, the restaurant in the hotel is very very expensive, so we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Location and the room and staff are so helpful and friendly. The carpet in our room is dated. But the room itself is good.

I like the artistic aspect of the hotel. As well as the Tokyo Tower view. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel room that I received was not as described in the pictures when I booked it. But we enjoyed the comfortableness of our beds.

The hotel rooms were great considering it’s Tokyo, the lobby was nice and had great views and seating areas, the staff were friendly and the main amenities were available (laundry, concierge, lobby seats, etc..) The property has 2 lifts, one from the ground floor to the lobby (25th floor) and another from the 25th floor to your room floor. The issue is only one of the lifts going down from the 25th floor can take you to B2, so there’s a wait time. The basement metro connection is quite the maze, not really the hotels fault but it’s a confusing walk to get to Ginza line, but you’re quite near another line. Concierge didn’t help with taking the bags to the ground floor. Hotel was a bit pricey considering the split floor setup.

Our second view to this hotel did not disappoint. The staff is kind and helpful, the free coffee and self-serve beer and wine in the lobby very welcome and the view is stunning. We even got a glimpse of Mount Fuji! Dinner at their Japanese restaurant was delicious. We would have gone with one of their set meals, which looked amazing, but decided to have a lighter a la cart meal, which was perfect. The breakfast buffet had both western and Japanese options, and plenty of them. We hope to be back! Nothing. Perfect.
