Loved how I had a clean and luxurious experience! I loved this hotel very much!

Basic hotel. Clean. Check in process was long and tedious.

Overall, it was great, no complaints. Despite of being on the busy street of Roppongi, the noise was not the issue at all, we slept very well. I liked that there was a washing area and bathttub. This was also the. main factor for choosing this hotel. We used the restaurant for breakfast, but we felt that the value was not worth it. The side dishes (you can order unlimited, like buffet style) were not so fresh, and I prefer buffet style where you can actually see what you are getting. Also, overall cleanliness was good, but I wish they vacuumed the room more thoroughly. Also, the laundry machine was available on site, but there were only two machines for the whole hotel, so it was always occupied, and we weren't able to use. I wish they provided laundry machines on each floor.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I like facilities, the room is spacious compared the price with other hotel. The check out staff that I met was un welcoming at all.

The front desk workers were very helpful and professional. Great facilities. Did not have a sauna or steam room. The restaurant staff was not that great. They forgot my food/order.

It has no GYM just fitness room, small and only equipped with few running and action equipments...

We like the location . Rooms are clean. Seems like they have upgraded some of the thing in the room since we have been staying at this property for the past 3 years

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. My only small complaint was that some of the pillows contained small beads, which were a little loud and felt strange. Thankfully, there were regular pillows as well, so it was an easy swap. If you need to stay in the central Roppongi area, this is a great hotel and an excellent value for the money. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful for non-Japanese-speaking Americans.

Good Location. There should have been more attention paid to cleanliness. The toilet paper is very thin, the thinnest I have ever seen. They should have more laundry machines for the entire facility; there were only two machines.

Everything was clean. Staff very friendly. The restaurant is great and the food.

It's an aesthetically pleasing hotel, but you're just paying for a facade. The rooms are of a good size and nice. The service at breakfast was not great. The breakfast itself is very limited in choice and there is no buffet. The senior staff member at the bar in the evening was not friendly. The facilities are non existent, the gym is absolutely terrible. How can this be a 5 star? Very very bad value. At minimum I just want a nice bed, nice breakfast and nice gym facility.

The hotel lobby looked nice and check-in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful. Has a very nice cafe across the street and is on Roppongi which is very central. Very practical, could have more amenities. Realized Roppongi is very noisy and creepy at night so it may not be for everyone.

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, walk in shower, top floor room provided. The lights were controlled mainly by a pad device which was confusing to use.

This was our last night in Japan. The hotel has a beautiful bar. They recommended the best sushi restaurant to end our trip. Love the Mitsui garden hotels and shipping luggage from hotel to hotel was a game changer.

Lighting in the rooms could be improved. We thought the bathroom area to be a bit dark
