the rooms were far too small with one size of the bed next to the wall. it seems a bit stingy for a 5 stars. besides, it's a pity there wasn't any onsen/sento facility. it should be mandatory for any hotel in Japan.
-
The property is located in a clean, accessible area of Tokyo. Transportation options only a short walk away. The property was clean and the staff welcoming and kind. Nothing! It was great value for the money and was a quiet, calm retreat following busy days.
-
Location is great, easy to get to any point in the city, staff were friendly. Very small rooms, cleaning was not good, gym was not serious for a five star hotel.
-
The staff and facilites also the location None

The hotel location was very good, near metro station and 7/11 downstairs and restaurants near buy. Nice lounge with coffee, tea and snack daily in the afternoon. Very kind stuff We stay in the corner room was very spacious Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety I highly recommend

Staff were excellent and accommodating As you walk to your room, in the corridor, the carpet smells of damp.
-
I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at all times.
-
The staff were exceptionally helpful through my stay.
-
Room was spacious for Japan, had a great view. Beautiful patio location. Stellar customer service as well!
-
Excellent location close to major tourist attractions by short metro/taxi ride. Staff is friendly and helpful Closet is small, you can’t put much clothes in there. WiFi is slow and laggy.
-
The room in not clean.
-
Nice Building and lobby, relaxing lounge with outdoor seating and free beverages. Room are very small, placing and opening two suitcases is a challange. Check the square meter dimensions before booking anything below 24m2 is too small for 2 people unless you are fine with very thight spaces.

Location and room were wonderful. We loved staying in Shiba becasue it was less touristy and full of great restaurants and neighborhoods with a lot of character. We didn't pay for the daily breakfast buffet, but we did eat there one day of our trip. It was very nice, but we were glad that we did not pay for it daily because we were able to try some many places in the area instead.

The hotel was exceptional in every aspect. It was a bit far from the centre, but the train stations were nearby. There is nothing that I did not like.

14th floor lounge was nice. Staff were nice. The food services is weak. Only a buffet breakfast is available. Many people don’t eat or want that much. Tullys coffee is OK for 1 morning but otherwise you have to walk pretty far for other options. There are very few restaurants options in the area, particularly on a Sunday night. This becomes an issue when you would like to come back to the room after going out all day, clean up and do a short walk to a restaurant. After walking 20.000 steps the last thing you want to do is walk 10 Minutes to catch the subway to find a restaurant. After staying a week we had to beg for a late check out as our taxi was coming at 2 and we wanted 1 extra hour. They eventually gave us 30 minutes. We asked to pay for an upgrade room with a view as all we had was a wall and the patio view. They said they were 100% full for the entire week which seems a little suspicious as we did not see a lot of people in the halls or lobby.

17th floor Superior Queen city view room. Smallish but very comfortable by North American standards. Well provisioned with respect to water, tea, coffee, glasses, robes and even fresh cotton pajamas every day. Even the bathroom amenities were really well stocked and freshly supplied every day. Excellent location to parks, metro and convenience stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. A number of embassies in the area. We also loved the 24 hr lounge and the complimentary daily happy hour on the 14th floor. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. A few more USB ports would have been appreciated.
