From the moment we got there the staff from reception, bellhops, housekeeping even the 7-11 folks, all were exceptional!! No laundry room. No biggie.

Brand new and spacious rooms Exceptionally clean Beautiful outdoor garden Not in the most central area of Tokyo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities you could need, including a restaurant and a 7-Eleven, which was very convenient. The property also has a beautiful garden, which made the stay feel even more pleasant. The location was great as well, with the station right nearby, making it very easy to get around. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay! One thing we found a little disappointing was the early check-in policy. We completely understand that early check-in is subject to availability and is not something guests are automatically entitled to. However, after travelling for over 14 hours with our 1-year-old, we arrived at the hotel and waited around two hours for check-in. We were then advised to come back one hour before the official check-in time to see if our room was available. We did as suggested, but when we returned, we were given two options: pay for the one-hour early check-in or download the hotel chain’s app and register in order to receive the hour for free. As the room was already available, we found this a little disappointing and inconvenient, especially after having already waited for two hours. We understand that the hotel has its policies, but in our experience, when a room is ready, an extra hour of early check-in is sometimes offered as a courtesy without requiring a payment or an app registration.

The Garden and the quiet after intense days walking around Tokyo The 7/11 inside the hotel ? Rooms slightly outdated but good size It’s about 7-8 minutes walk to the train station (up and down a hill) - made for a good workout though
-
Large hotel. The location is actually really far from the train station Over 10 minutes walk uphill Taxi to the hotel are hard to get. And all the way is with construction and no shade
-
Cleaning Organization They did not mention about airport shuttle and we called the taxi that was expensive.
-
Nothing The location was terrible, hotel it’s really old and over priced
-
Not good service
-
It would be advised that guests take the taxi From train station in Shinagawa And it very easy to get around from there as it has many rail lines in that station

Ok

Very classic and authentic. Quiet and comfortable. There is a convenient store at the lobby floor.
-
It would be great to have an espresso machine in the room in addition to the tea kettle.

The room is large enough for 3 adults. We were able to open our 3 big lagguages. The beds are so comfortable and large. It is close to a big central station which connects many other train lines to go different parts of Tokyo. 7-eleven is a big bonus in the reception area. The bathroom is a little bit out of date but is big and gives you enough space to move.
-
The room and the service. The air condition makes a lot of noise which disturbed my sleep.

I like the location a lot because I can walk to Ebisu from here. I also like the bed a lot because it is very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean and nice. I think the staff are nice, but some people don't seem focused on customers. They are standing around talking to each other. It seems like they could be trained to be more friendly. Also, the front desk checkin process is way too long. It takes a lot of time and is frustrating.

No multilingual front desk staff.
