Even do the room was none smoke room. It smell of cigarette and the pillows were very hard

The bathroom was very good. It has 4 combini close to the hotel and many restaurants. The location was a bit far from the centre about 30mins, but it is still a good place for the price.

Close to so much! We selected a non smoking room, but were placed on the smoking floor. But Japan being Japan…. wasn’t terrible

Nishi-Kasai is a great location. It's on the Tozai line, which is a busy line.

The location is good, but there are two APA hotel near the same station, it is very confusing. The room is very small, the bed is not very comfortable, the cleanness is just ok. Not a good value at all. The bathroom is very small, and the room is also very small, the bed sheet is not very clean.

Great location, literally 1 minute walk from the station. Room was laid out well and gave us space to move around easier than some of our other accommodations had. Staff was very helpful regarding our luggage delivery needs and we're very inviting when passing by in or out. Was a great stay!

We liked that the location of the hotel was really accesible and we could move easily and explore Tokyo by foot or Metro.

I like how close the property was from the train station and the eateries. Also, that it has its own coin laundry machine which is very convenient. Only that the microwave is shared in the lobby

I wished we had a bigger room. It was my mistake not booking the rooms correctly. I wish it was a double Queen bedroom. I booked a twin bed for 2 bedrooms.

APA is always a good option. Friendly, helpful staff and the beds are comfortable. No complaints.
