Excellent

Staff wasn't welcoming.
-
All staff were friendly and courteous. Exclusive service was offered to executive floor customers, such as the check-in process and lounge services. None.
-
Excellent staff, super easy to make stay comfortable. Safe deposit box did not work at all.

I really liked the Tokyo Dome Hotel. Choosing a room on a high floor was a good decision. However, since it was a very hot day, the walk from the station felt quite long—especially since I was hauling a heavy suitcase. Without prior research, you end up walking along a long street, and I found that some station exits lacked elevators. Once inside the hotel, however, I was able to relax. I had been looking forward to swimming, but decided against it upon learning there was a 2,000-yen fee (after all, I can swim at my own condo in Hawaii). As for breakfast, one of my sons chose the restaurant on the 42nd floor; he said the atmosphere was well-suited for older guests and solo travelers, the food quality was excellent, and it was a very peaceful experience. My other son went to the buffet-style restaurant and said that was also a great choice. There was a wide array of products, such as shampoo and conditioner. Although I can read English, the print was so small that it was hard to tell what was what. I actually had a past experience at Atami Onsen where I mistook a facial cleanser for toner and ended up with a face covered in white foam, so I was careful to read the labels this time—though it was a bit of a hassle. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having separate hand towels and designated spots to hang them for each of the two guests.

The gym was not free. The room was a bit old.
-
It is close to everything
-
Room/bathroom feel bit outdated

It was clean and they stored out bags after checkout. I booked this property because it had a pool and a gym. Bookings very first photo is of their outdoor pool. But, once checked in, we found out the pool is closed and only open in August, it was July and in the 80s, it makes no sense. Then we went to the gym only to find out it’s for premium floor guests only unless you pay more fees. So, frustrating! None of this mentioned on the bookings site. I expressed my disappointment to the staff and they said to contact Bookings. Also, checking and checkout are self-service machines, like being at the supermarket. I would not recommend this hotel!

Location Limited laundry machines

The location, comfort and breakfast were excellent.

We loved the location. NA

The location was perfect, near train stations, restaurants, and shops.
-
Location is good as it's next to multiple train stops and variety of places to eat. The check-in procedure can be confusing. Staff could be a little more helpful during check-in time.
-
Great location and spacious rooms! Elevators and how busy it gets

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Its vicinity to Laqua Spa is the biggest point for me. Cleaning was not thorough. Since the day I checked in, there was a hair from someone else stuck on the bathroom wall. It stayed there during my whole stay, even though the room was cleaned every day. I didn't check out the gym because the last time I tried to use it, there was no treadmill or dumbbells.
-
size great, location great
-
Too much automation in check in and out

It was my probably 8th stay with you at Tokyo Dome and I really like it, especially the localization and nobody disturbs you. It’s not your disadvantage but there is a strong suggestion: - we have the option to choose whether to have our room cleaned or not. If not, we don’t have the access to such things as bottled water, coffee, tea, trash box to be emptied and so on. There is no need to have the bedding or some towels changed everyday. But it’s good to be supplied with other things. The coffee that you provide for us is good but drinking it from a mug cup doesn’t make it seem tasty. Please consider some other options.

Room was great, very comfortable. This was no different from a 5 star room, but not that expensive. The view was fantastic. Hotel had all the amenities one would need, but I didn't use them. I mostly liked how the room wait set up and spacius like a normal hotel room. You can walk around all 3 sides of the bed, much different from the "room is the same size of the bed" like other hotels in the same price range. Unless there is a secret entrance, the hotel is not actually connected to the MRT station like others have mentioned. There is a walkway so you don't need to cross the street, but it's not covered and doesn't connect to the entrance that has an elevator. Not much to complain about. Except for the self-check in machine: these are scams and push the work that the staff should be doing onto the customer. The machine is not intuitive and over-complicates what should be a very simple process. Why do I need to type in my information again when I already provided it when I booked the hotel? Why do I need to press so many buttons, and click past so many screens and just why is so complicated? I am deducting 3 points just for this.
