Smile Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai

The staff are very professional and helpful.

Excellent location, just a few hundred meters away from Nishi Kasai Station, accessible to both Chiba and Tokyo Small room. It was hard to open my suitcase fully

Staff is nice incredibly dirty hotel. Everything is old, but the rooms are a nightmare. There is stains everywhere you look. the bed frame is horribly stained, there’s cigarette burns in the floor, there’s humidity stains in the walls as well as different stains. the rooms have a physical key lock and it feels tremendously unsafe and the fact that they keep reminding you that you NEED TO PLEASE be sure you locked your room doesn’t make it better.

Everything was amazing. Staff was really helpful and polite even with my broken japanese. Accomodation was great, comfy bed, spacious for a single room and a nice view of the neighborhood from the window. Getting there is super easy, just a straight line from kasai station (1km) or a 3min walk from nishikasai station. Neighborhood is really nice and cozy with many stores and konbini. The only and i say really only not so good thing was the floor from the hall (9th floor). Looked like wet but wasn't but still kind of weird. Room as really clean but some spots were stained, perhaps because it's a smoking room.

Excellent location and room size just right. If you want a bigger room, then you people should pay more. Don’t be cheapskates. Do not complain. Travel light, without heavy baggage.

Staff charged me more allegedly that kids could not stay at the same accommodation as their parents, even the reservation was made for 4 in the room. They want me to have an extra room, and ending charge me more for be with my kids in my room.

location is good main thing corridor was so bad smell, room was congested so hardly move inside the room, no adjustable air condition,windows can't open so feel like suffocation, minimal not enough amenities small 20 inches TV.

Room smell like smoking and alley too. Electricity socket poor and few. Not everyday cleaning.

The location itself was family friendly. There were parks, playgrounds, lots of shops and most importantly grocery stores available all around. We stayed on the 2nd floor, probably one of the biggest rooms in Tokyo, which also had a massage chair which was old but worked pretty fine! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Neat, well maintained, accomodating, and near the trains. Nothing. Perfect!

Very well located, close to trains and shops/supermarkets Reception has some free items (slippers, toothbrush) that are very useful if you've forgotten something Cleaning is every third day and new towels are always provided The hotel is a little outdated and the room had quite a lot of dust built up in places such as the air con vent / door, picture and window frames and wardrobe panels - all of which could be addressed with just a deep clean

I just stayed here for 1 night. Everything was okay. Just a few minutes from the subway. And the served a very nice Japanese breakfast, with warm onigiri ??

Exceptional

The property is in a great location (right next to Nishi-Kasai station) and also has lots of food options around. The front desk also has a decent variety of amenities. The room was very small, the bathroom was very small (and dirty), and the room was always hot and humid, so I had to keep the window open and have the dehumidifier pointing towards me to cool me down. The bed also was very uncomfortable which led to me waking up with severe back pain.
