Great for a night or two!

They don't turn off the lights at night.

It was near Shinjuku station. impossible to sleep. Everyone was so loud- literally people screaming at 3am in the sleeping area. The capsules were small. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff were blasting rap music in the lobby. I guess we got what we paid for, especially in a capsule hotel in Shinjuku, but I honestly think it would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the street.

It is a crowded place. Cleanliness could be better in the nooks and crannies, but is good overall.

Everything except Air Conditioning The Air Conditioning wasn’t as strong
-
The staff lack professionalism and good customer service skills “I am very dissatisfied with the service. I checked out before staying the second night and requested a refund for the unused night, but the staff refused and responded in a rude and angry manner. I would like to file a complaint about this experience.”

The public lounge area was nice enough to be able to meet and talk with other people but also when you wanted to do private work and you needed to charge your devices it wasn’t easy to find plugs. My room was far away from the air conditioning so I could not sleep well at all. Also they don’t turn off the lights in the evening or dim them. Which means people could stay up all night talking and throwing their suitcases around. I was not able to sleep well at all.

I was just looking for a cheap, conveniently located place to crash after a night out on the razz in Shinjuku. It served this purpose. The Instagrammers in the lobby are insufferable.
-
Small elevator and no stairs, so it takes time to leave when a lot of people are checking out at once. Also not great that we can't get in between 11 AM and 3 PM

This is a lovely capsule hotel! The location (despite being in the pleasure district, which we only realized when we arrived, haha), was super convenient, and the staff were all extremely friendly. While we were slightly uncertain when we first arrived because the lobby has a bit of an older look compared to the rest of the hotel, the capsules, bathrooms, and common areas were all super nice and clean! We really appreciated the amount of amenities (hair products, skin products, even toothbrushes and toothpaste) provided, too. It was a bit annoying having to check out every day from 11am-3pm, as this is when the hotel is cleaned. It was a good excuse to make sure we were getting the most out of our day, but make sure you don't forget anything important whenever you leave.

Access to vending machines and coin laundry. I fell getting off the elevator in the 8th floor, due to the slope when you get off. 4th floor smelled like cigarettes. The capsule was falling apart (lining was loose then take on my second night). The shampoo & conditioner caused my hair to fall out now then usual. The PJ's are not meant for curvy figures. The slippers tear easily. I was near the lockers and could not sleep due to luggage sounds thought the night & the sound of the door opening and closing.

Facilities were great, nice staff. Guy with long hair, and white guy were super helpful, along with the Indian guy. Great job. Pretty comfortable for a pod hotel. Very hot at night. But if you left the curtain up a little it wasnt too bad.

There was too much light (it's never off even the night). People around yell and make a LOT of noise even at 2am we couldn't sleep with earphones
-
Conveniently located, inexpensive. It was a bit rough around the edges, I was woken at 2am by staff arguing with a customer in the sleeping/capsule area.

Nothing really honestly, the location is pretty good that is about it. Everything, from how rude the staff was, how dirty the place, how loud and uncomfortable. There were people there accusing the staff of stealing stuff. I didn't even sleep there. I stayed about 3 hours and left as it was unsafe for me and others. I wasn't only one to leave.

The location is convenient and for the price it is considerably worth it, but it’s no 4 star hotel if you catch my drift. Essentially just a place to shower, shit, and lay your head Could be a smigget cleaner, but if you don’t look too close it is fine. Honestly just fine

When I booked that place, I obiviously a male bed. but after booking when I checked, it was showing female bed and not refundable. So I asked them to check the system, but they didn't any answer. I want to get a refund and give them some penalty.
