The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast was very good and excellent location. Close to shinjuku center , but without all the noise and the people. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The driers in the washing machines room did not dry the clothes

The breakfast was excellent. Great buffet of both, western and Japanese breakfast items. Nothing was lacking.

Hotel is close by transportation hub and is about 10 minutes while to most shops and restaurant. The room is really small

Having to go to the other building to do laundry. No coffee down in the lobby. And the AC turns off when your room card is removed. Getting back late meant a rather humid room when trying to sleep.

I think it's a nice hotel in an excellent area. Just 1 minute away from Train station. It's very cozy but the room was a little smaller than I expected but this is Tokyo. Also, the mirror in room turned on at night by itself which was weird to let staff know as it was affecting my sleep. Small room and faulty mirror light that would turn out at the middle of the night.

Front desk spoke English and was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were small.

We also liked the location. It is really close to kabukicho, and if you are on the mood for walking, you can get easily to Geon Garden and Mejia Jinju temple. It is really close to Shinjuku station.
