Connected convenience store in the lobby Comfortable bedding and spacious shower Very nice staff -my card didn’t work one time trying to get back into the hotel from lawsons which wasn’t so convenient -bathroom mirror gives off a lot of heat -it’s very easy to accidentally leave the sink dripping. A bit hard to turn off water all the way
-
Proximity to station Neighborhood offers varieties of restaurants to dine out at Facilities seems a little old although it’s kept clean. No security elevator.
-
- near to mrt - clean - value for money - none

Location is great, very near the train line. Staff were great, convenience store right below it. Quiet and everything we need were met. Lots of food places around it as well.
-
For me it was perfect. Was too busy, good choices of food in walking distance (5-15min walks) for good food. The bathtubs feel like huge buckets lol funny snug.

The location is great, it only takes 2 minutes to go to the nearest train station by foot. A convenience store is connected to the hotel and you can grab snacks or drinks quickly. They will keep your luggage after you check out as long as you come back for them on the same day. The stream of water coming out of the sink’s faucet was a little low.

It was quite old and not really clean.

Perfect location, next to Asakusabashi Station Friendly staff and very accommodating during check-in and duration of stay Very ideal location for Tokyo commuting, close to major landmarks and a 25-30-minute walk to Akihabara

The room was clean and that was about it There was visible water damage in the first room so I asked to change room. Even though the new room didn’t have visible water damage, the air was still damp and uncomfortable. After one night, I didn’t feel safe for our health to stay any longer. I expressed my concern, and they still charged me premium for that one night (almost a quarter of my full payment for 7 nights). Also I don’t understand why they wouldn’t resolve the refund issue with me and asked I get my travel agency to involve (Booking.com). Luckily Booking.com came through and contacted them regarding my concern for shorten the reservation. Thank you Booking.com

The rooms were spacious compared to others in the area. Nothing

The location was perfect for train, food, drinks. The area was very clean and quiet. Lawson connected to the hotel made for great breakfasts/late night snacks. The staff were friendly and able to answer all questions we had. Onsite laundry is a great bonus. None

great location
-
Just what we needed for a quick stay in Tokyo - close to public transit, tons of restaurants within minutes, and right next to a Lawson's convenience store for quick & easy snacks/breakfast. Room was a bit cramped for two people, but it was just what we needed for a 1-night stay! Would've felt a little cooped up if we'd been there for longer.
-
The bed was rock hard and hurt my back. The room that was a double because there were two people was small for two people but fine for one. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms but one in the lobby is good enough.
-
Staff was amazing and super helpful in answering our questions. Location was great, it’s next to the station about a 5 minute walk, great after a long day of walking. Also, loved that the Lawson was connected to it super convenient.

Clean hotel and room! Staff was amazing and friendly! Easy to access from public transportation and/or taxi!
-
receptionist staff are accomodating and can understand english small room, but reasonable for its price

Very close to Asakusabashi sta. I could go to Akihabara and Asakusa by foot. The neighborhood is very quiet, and even the train does not disturb for sleep. The staff are very helpful and kind. The room is small, but we could afford 2 oversized bags. I stayed for one night only and I would strongly recommend this hotel! Less amenities option in comparison to other properties I’ve been.
