Location: it takes around 5 minutes walks to the river where you can walk along to the center of old town. Breakfast: tasteful one Bedrock: must try with 1000 Yen the extra bed converted from a sofa might be harder

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent with a big variety of both Japanese and western food. The price was very reasonable. The location is great with many things to see and eat nearby. The bathroom and decor could use an update such as painting over a big mark on the wall or fresh colors in the bathroom. I appreciate the low price, but some simple improvements like giving a bigger towel or two bath towels, or even posting the time for breakfast more clearly would be nice improvements. I think some other floors than I stayed on might be more updated. I think there is use for this sort of business hotel, but they should update a little to current traveler standards.

Friendly staff and service. Breakfast has variety foods and tasty. My family enjoyed them. My daughter found hairs in the room. Also, my granddaughter found centipede on the wall in the middle of the night. We do not want expect other customers to have a same experience.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Recommended a truly excellent Izakaya. Too far from station, not a good choice of surrounding restaurants. Expensive for what it was.
