Extremely helpful and friendly staff that will help you plan your visit. Clean rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. Many restaurants within a 10 minutes walk.

* We booked a room for 3 persons for one night. It had two balconies facing the Etsch valley. Idle to mention that the view was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean. * The staff was very friendly and attentive. * Great and delicious breakfast. * Nice wellness section with an inside and outside pool. Cannot tell much about many other things as we only stayed for one night. * Nothing more than nitpicking, but we wished there was a fridge in the room to cool perishable provisions. * The breakfast buffet section is a bit too small, meaning it can get busy fast such that you have to queue. Not a big deal though.
