Easy to find, at bottom of the hill in Tirolo, with easy bus connection! Excellent (free) parking and e-charging options, too! We loved the sauna and pool and the staff is very friendly and focused on customer service! N/A

Good sized bedroom with a nice view. Good breakfast, liked that tables were pre allocated; good continental breakfast selection.

Helpful, friendly staff, good restaurant, plentiful and delicious breakfast. Covered parking for the motorbike.

I booked very late and was positively surprised by friendliness of staff, quality of food and drink (wine). I really enjoyed my stay there and I will return.

- the size of the room - the outdoor pool - breakfast/restaurant area views - safe parking garage The staff accommodated our request to adapt the room to the one we booked through BOOKING.COM. The lady with white hair was particularly lovely! :) The room was VERY spacious. The place was clean. Overall our wishes were accommodated. - breakfast was bad - breakfast staff rude - read below - WLAN connectivity poor - outdated - or perhaps this is the Alpine charm some are looking for The booking through BOOKING.COM doesn't work well - I booked a room with 2 double beds and ended up with a suite with a large double bed and 2 sofa beds. The breakfast however is bad, the coffee is undrinkable. Despite the selection, the food is not good (the only thing I liked was the scrambled eggs with bacon). The breakfast staff are cheeky - apparently we were supposed to ask where to sit and told so in this very manner. One way to solve this is to have a staff member by the door or at least a sign stating we should wait to be seated.
