Owners where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and so was the staff. We got an upgrade and we had a gorgeous view over Meran. Nice large rooms. Excellent spa facility. Free parking.

Clean and well situated with two pools - inside and outside. Warm, helpful staff. The rooms were welcoming with dressing gowns, slippers and a mini bottle of prosecco provided as an added touch. And of course, stunning views from our balcony. :) Breakfast felt a bit limited - largely focused around bread, cheese and meats. It would have been nice to have a cooked option, even if only boiled eggs and toast. As vegetarians, once the meat was removed from the list of choices, it made options a little slim.

Parking right in front of the hotel. Spacious room with nice view and great balcony. Very comfortable and large bed. Minibar in the room. Bathroom ok. Everything was very clean. Wifi reception was good. Excellent and very varied breakfast. Personnel was very friendly. All A+ Room was a bit dated, but nothing dramatic. The restaurant was closed for the evening so that was a bit of a bummer...
