Easy check in friendly staff, very clean

Hotel is nice. Friendly staff, comfy beds and great water pressure. We had 2 breakfast vouchers and it was very good! Our table in our room was sticky like they forgot to wipe it. Dusty corners in the bathroom. Full exercise corner in our room which didn’t interest us. No pool/hot tub. For $300+ dollars I would’ve liked more. Overall it’s a very nice place. But overpriced

We were pleasingly surprised at the development work of the hotel. The rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. The business is still doing renovations which is encouraging that IHG (Even) plans a quality hotel. The advanced purchase of breakfast is not much of savings, may be a $ 1.00 depending on selection. The breakfast was good and excellent service. We travel to the area, annually. We will stay again.

I literally couldn’t believe it

This hotel is pretty run down much more than it shows in the photos. The staff was helpful but did assign me to room 666 and handed me the key and said " watch out" ....I later changed my room. The "equipment" in the room is ok and VERY used. The worst part is the hotel dining and bar where the drinks are pretty expensive for a bartender having NO idea how to make them. I had to instruct a bartender how to make a manhattan.

This was my 4th trip to Tinlnley Park this year so I decided to try Even Hotel. Initially, the staff was nice & professional. 1st morning, we realized our double-queen room, booked for four occupants only had 2 sets of bath towels. The room had no info phone #'s, wi-fi password, room service menu, etc., so I Googled the number, called & left 2 voicemail messages w/o response. After 45 min, I called the front desk. Again no answer (I tried through the automated menu a total of 8 times). Next, I walked to the front desk to only be told, "the voicemail system is broken". When I requested the towels, the person at the desk said, " I don't have them here, but you probably can find someone in the hallways cleaning and just ask them." No other effort on her part so I found & asked a housemaid. The staff member seemed irritated but said he would bring towels. I requested 3 sets but they gave us 4 bath, 6 hand & no face towels. It felt like some kind of vengful sarcasm. Later, I found 5 small ants crawling around the room. I filmed, then killed the ants & reported it to the front desk. We were promised it would be addressed immediately. We left, and upon return later that night, were told our room was thoroughly cleaned & sanitized, and the pests addressed. Not true; I found the room untouched, including a sticky coffee stain by the Kureg that we did not use. After already staying @ hotels across the street, I found this stay very disappointing.

I had requested a joint room before I even went and when I had booked and unfortunately that was never granted. They told me come back tomorrow and they can switch my room and for the whole stay they never did. I have multiple children and it was so inconvenient

NO MICOWAVES. Most rooms have a shared door inside the rooms. Our shower had long strains of hair in it. It took a day and a half for our fridge to get cold bcuz apparently they turn them off when people checkout. Iron was broken and it took almost a hour and a second phone call to get one. Due to no microwave we will not be going back.
