Hotel Caesar's

Location is very central which is nice, but it’s on the main avenue so it was VERY loud all night long with the bars and clubs nearby. AC worked but smelled funky.

Their staff was amazing! I had a broken foot and all of the staff was quick to help me. The bed was confortable and clean. The flower in the toilet and the Kleenex were very cute. It is run down and it doesn’t have elevator.

Great location central to everything. Safe parking lot for no additional cost. Complimentary basic breakfast. Clean and friendly staff!

Location, location, location

Friendly staff, clean rooms and the location is right on the downtown area. A lot of good spots to visit and eat. No windows to see outside the public area but the air conditioning was great to help the air circulate around the room.

Ice machine was small, toilet was close to the sink so lot a lot of room, walls sound thin so a lot of outside commotion can be heard. no elevator available.

They didn’t honor my reservation They have a window for check in. If you don’t arrive in that window, they give your room to someone else. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere.

Beautiful place, great location Slight chemical smell in the room, when you arrive they will ask for a deposit they lock in at an exchange rate above what you prepaid and way above exchange rate I think local rate was 1658 at the time and they wanted 19 best to bring pesos when you check in. Also 11usd for early check in

Close to everything. Free private parking lot. Terrible staff host. Kept my driver's license and forgot to return it to me. No hospitality skills! She should not be a desk receptionist. How difficult is it to say good morning or good evening when a paying guest arrives?
