Impressed with the room facilities. Very high tech! Love the buffet breakfast too and the laundromat. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English too. Much appreciated! It wasn't as centrally located as I wanted to. There were no nearby restaurants or shops around the hotel. You'll need to walk a couple of blocks to find activity and places to eat at. Would be great if the hotel has a bigger convenience store or shop. Room service would have been nice too if in case you get hungry after getting back late.

The hotel is new with hi tech facilities. Once we enter the room, the lights are up, the curtain closes automatically, the switches on the walls are lighted up so you know exactly what you want to switch on. There is a small sofa to relax in front of the TV. In the shower room, it would be good to provide a handle bar or contruct a seat for more comfortable and safer washing as the floor can be slippery.

The cleaning lady accidentally threw out a plastic bag that contained several small items. One is a memory stick that contains many photo backups. Another is an old hearing aids, also for backups.

The hotel room is very clean and all the staff are very polite! Nice smelling too. Another good amenity is the washing machines and dryer, that are so rare in China. Though a short 5 mins walk from the Tian Jin Station, it’s still rather inconvenient esp for families with young kids and old folks. The route can be very daunting when there are no traffic lights.

Friendly and helpful staffs, who made the stay warm and provided us some suggestions on where to go. Great location next to Tianjin station and 意式风情区. The breakfast serves the local delights in Tianjin, which is a very big plus point.
