DoubleTree by Hilton Denver - Thornton

Overall the hotel is decent. The main elevator was closed for repairs so we had to go to the far end of the hotel to access the second elevator and then walk back to the other side of the hotel from that elevator. The hotel bar also closed at 10pm which was not convenient. The room was functional but the walls were very “thin” and it was very loud all night long.

Amazing experience! We’ll stay here every time we visit Denver

Parking was easy and staff were wonderful.

Great location. Anything you need is right around it Beds were super uncomfortable. Just seems like they need updated. Pool area was a very strong chlorine smell. Would burn the eyes and make you cough

Everything was as fine. The doggie area was a bit farther than I expected.

Staff and rooms were very nice Main elevator was broken had to walk a long distance to working elevvator husband has bad hip and knee it was very painfull having to walk further also noted other clients with disabilites struggling with the long walks Pool was ice cold and spa was supper hot the smell of chlorine was way to high Appears the filter on the pool wasnt working

This hotel is beautiful. Very nice spaces to sit and talk all around, inside and outside. Unique castle look with water features, comfy bed. Great pillows. Only thing was the closest elevator was broken. But there was another one and it wasn’t a big deal. Loved the hospitality. Thank you!

Room was white glove clean. Great breakfast, ample parking and lots of things to do nearby

The elevator was not working. The tv only had channels and not able to log into apps.

I paid extra for breakfast, we never ate there the system was down so that part was not good. It is a nice place other than that.

Nice hotel, convenient to Denver & airport. Nice pool & hot tub. Would have liked to have had a 24 hour coffee/tea station like other hotels.

Ine of the elevators was out of service so we had to walk down and back to get to our room which kinda sucked!

Only there for a night, but our room was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and the surrounding area was perfect for dining out or general comfort. Would love to stay here again!

*System was down at Check-in and Hilton HQ should've contacted customers* Housekeeping did not go into the room before I entered. Luckily I booked at 2 bed room, otherwise I would've left at 11 PM, when I got checked-in, should've been at 4 PM when I arrived. 130 rooms at this was the only room available. Room should've never been available.

Would definitely stay there again!

Bad

The breakfast was overpriced and pathetic. It was what you find at some hotels as “free breakfast” basically continental, not worth twenty dollars that’s for sure.
