Stratford House Inn and Suites

Only that it was in front of a medical facilities. The room temperature was good. The owner was training a new employee (who was probably in her 60's) and appeared very inpatient with her when we were registering. The people that were staying there were probably on some chemical dependency. Kinda scary. The shower curtain was torn, the shower head was just a trickle.

That I couldn’t have a visitor

Overall the whole experience. Rooms smell like tobacco even the non smoking rooms. Management is RUDE. Cleanliness is poor. All the bedding had stains. Management would not give a refund, did not stay and do not recommend!!! There were big Roaches in room

This was a last minute booking so was a little nervous. The motel is in a good location, rooms nice sized (but old), beds fairly comfortable. The staff was very friendly once I figured out how to get to the after hours office. All in all was clean, felt safe and was fine for the cost. The motel while it is older (furniture), has big TV and refrigerator. It has a small sofa and table with 2 chairs. The exterior is old and not in great shape (trash, boxes sitting around,) The breakfast was like a continental style, only waffles, toast and cereal. It was ok but limited based on my experience with other places. The only real concern I had was there were several rooms that appeared to have long term residents.

Staff smelled of cigarettes . Ice machine broken. Had to move three times to get the room I reserved. Bed uncomfortable

Accommodations were outstanding for the price. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a fantastic perk! The refrigerator was a substantial size and allowed me to save money by not eating out quite as much. Coffee pot still had moldy coffee & coffee grounds in it from the previous guest. I had to have my keycard reprogrammed twice after repeatedly attempting to get into my room to no avail.

Will never stay there again

Once the breakfast runs out there is no replacing the food until the next day. If you don’t get there at the earliest you get no breakfast.

How spacious and friendly the staff is. Very welcoming and very helpful in my time of need. Only thing I didn’t like was no smoking rooms and I saw one roach

Our room had roaches crawling around our toilet did not flush and neighbors were very loud all night outside

Great place, super nice people

The location was very close to the hospital. Considering we were on a busy road; you could barely hear the traffic. We didn't even hear noise from other rooms. Our room had a kitchenette, so that was nice, we were happy to have a regular size fridge. all the bedding was white, and they looked a little old, kinda grungy. One bed was really good for my sister. But my bed could've had a better mattress. It worn down on one side and I couldn't get sleep in the middle as it would sink down on one side. Couldn't get ice as the machine broke down during the previous ice storm that came through. Considering it was a handicapped room; they need to put in a walk-in shower instead of the tub so it would be easier for someone who cann't get into the tub.

Close to Scott and White hospital Had to stand at a window (outside) to check in. Night auditor was nowhere to be found. Bugs crawling across the floor. Turned on the TV and there was what I considered a porn movie on!
