Due to high occupancy, there's shortage of staff in the restaurant and service was very slow and I don't blame the staff as they couldn't handle the big crowd

1. Breakfast, definitely! Breakfast is excellent with good choices of delicious food. 2. the view..room, swimming pool all overlooking the serene ocean 3. Sea activities esp Jetski 4. Swimming pool is beautiful 5. Hospitality of staff 1. no-hose bidet in room toilets; not suitable esp when doing big business. Other toilets are ok (in lobby, near gym & Jendela are all with hose) 2. only 2 treadmills available, 1 was faulty when I went so had to wait for my turn 3. all air-conds in apartment are very difficult to adjust the temperature, maybe can provide user manual

Location is a bit far from George Town - you can easily wait 30 min for taxi and then have 1.30 drive in the the evening

Hotel property was exceptional very clean and maintained. The beach area under hotel management was clean, but if you wanted to swim, this part was public and probably not what I expected.

This is my third time staying here. The check-in counter staff provided excellent service. Complimentary drinks were also prepared for guests. Our room was upgraded at no extra cost, which we considered an anniversary gift. The room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the sea view was stunning. None

The staff, the rooms, the ambiance. It was perfect and little bit like paradise. The sunset from the infinity pool will be forever etched in my mind. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay. Truly a wonderful hotel!

Breakfast is nice with friendy staffs. It would be better if the 1st approach upon check in comes with a friendly & smiley staffs. I used to be a cabin crew and also hotelier experiences . I believe that a first impressions goes a long way and that's the icons for each hoteliers too, with a BIG & FRIENDLY approach.

The room is not large, but it is cozy and very well lit, with an amazing sea view. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was good, featuring a lovely view and plenty of food choices. There is a free minibar replenished every 4th day of stay, and a wooden bracelet is given when you check in - a nice touch. The Batik factory/shop, Fruit Farm, Butterfly Farm, and night market (with plenty of choices for meals and massage) are nearby. Amazing room cleaners and bell staff. It is a nice hotel, but not all staff perform at five-star hotel standards. The cleaners and bell staff were amazing, but the receptionist was unhelpful. She did not provide much info about the hotel, just handed a leaflet. When we asked her about the fire show we'd seen advertised and when it would take place, she mentioned it had already happened on Saturday. She could have informed us of this in advance. Additionally, when we inquired about breakfast, she gave us the following directions: down the stairs, across the reception area, and up to the third floor in the adjacent wing. We followed these directions until we met another family who pointed out that there was a bridge connecting the wings directly. It is not a big deal in general, but we would expect better care in 5-star hotels.

Breakfast great with awesome place. however due to construstion aside a the time we stay, it's give us feeling like unsafe to walking outside somemore the beach is so open to public. the pool for adult & kids is different level.. i like the separation but likely if same level must be better..it will not affect the lift & i can see some mother struggling with her kids alone to go up.
