nice people, good rooms, amazing breakfast, a really good place in the center-you can reach every place by walking. Thank you so much for this visit in Tbilisi, we enjoyed every minute in your hotel-highly recommend

Location was great. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. It felt disrespectful to guests ,everything seemed old and stale. The boiled eggs were cold, as if taken straight from the fridge, the jams were dry as though they had been left out for days, and old cut vegetables were served every day instead of fresh ones. We couldn’t even enjoy a coffee there, although I specifically booked this hotel because breakfast was included, otherwise, we usually prefer booking an apartment. Also, there were no towel hangers in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. I hope they improve these issues because the location is really great, but the breakfast and bathroom setup were major disappointments.

Our stay at Sololaki Hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. The overall condition, service, and comfort were not satisfactory, and the experience did not match what was advertised. the photos shown in booking.com (specially the Resturant) do not match the reality at all. What you see in the pictures is completely misleading compared to what you actually get.Additionally, the manager insisted on cash payment and did not accept card, which was inconvenient and unprofessional.I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

The underground parking garage was great for leaving and forgetting the vehicle. Though opening the gate required notifying the reception. Breakfast was okay Very noisy in the mornings; the outside door was of poor quality and lots of noises by the staff in the morning.

There was a smell of food at reception.
-
Very outdated facilities. cracks in the wall

Nothing Reception was empty when we arrived. We waited for half an hour, called the number that was on the reception desk but nobody answered. We we very disappointed and needed to find another place to live at 11pm in new country, my girlfriend was very stressed about this, we were afraid we that we will not have place to sleep. Very irresponsible and unacceptable behavior from the Hotel.

I book a room with my mother and it’s 60 years old she also was happy because it’s clean . According to the breakfast it’s fair enough according to me my breakfast is to have boiled egg with vegetables and that’s what i found .

everything was old, with bed smell, a lot of things where damaged.

It is near the city center and walking around it is so easy. We booked with a breakfast included. It was a buffet type yet we are told to stop eating after 30 minutes of staying there with our kids. Our kids were not done eating though. Not child-friendly, a part of the stairs have no railings and may cause accident. Hope they fix that one.

The apartment is huge, it has big living room and bedroom. It is walking distance from all attractions and tourist place. There’s also a mall near the place. There is no lobby

Location: Very safe. The hotel is located near the Government of Georgia buildings, with 24-hour police surveillance in the area, which gave us great peace of mind. Staff: Very welcoming and friendly. Everything we needed was already provided, so there was no hassle at all. Property: Although the hotel is a bit older compared to modern commercial hotels, everything was fully functional — and a big plus for us: there was a bidet! ? Cleanliness: 5/5. The room was cleaned every day around mid-day, which was very convenient. Bonus: The owner kindly lent us a power adapter, which was a huge help and a big plus. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Tbilisi. None.

Nothing The entrance of the building is not clean. Its dark every where . No sign of hotel is not clear without light, busted lamp. We are 2 guests, only one blanket. Very bad quality of breakfast. The staff in the restaurant is very rude
-
Great quality and an even better location in the city centre. Little hard to find at first but not to difficult.
-
They probably need some renovation. Everything else is OK.

The room was really clean and tidy. The hotel is close to most of all tourism places, which you can make by walk No points to make it
