1. We were given a room with a beautiful mountain view. 2. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in the city center. 3. We were able to use an iron free of charge. 4. The owner (the person we communicated with on WhatsApp) was polite, responsive, and kind. Unfortunately, the most important things during a hotel stay—air conditioning, clean towels, and a working TV—were all problematic. Because of these issues, we decided to change hotels. I also think it would be a nice touch to provide complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. These items are inexpensive, and many other 3-star hotels offer them. When I asked about this, I was told that Booking.com does not allow it, which I found surprising. 1. The room was very hot because the air conditioner didn't work properly. 2. The room didn't include complimentary tea, bottled water, a toothbrush, or toothpaste. 3. The TV didn't work during our stay. 4. The balcony door was locked and couldn't be opened. 5. The hotel staff were very unhelpful. We reported the TV problem via WhatsApp to the owner (or the manager—I’m not exactly sure), but no one came to fix it. The next day, we asked for clean towels, but they were never replaced. We were told that the staff were new, but that didn't solve the problem. I have the WhatsApp conversation and will attach screenshots as evidence. 6. There was only one chair in the room for two people, and there were not enough clothes hangers. 7. There was no elevator. We reported these issues via WhatsApp during our stay, but unfortunately they were not resolved.

We traveled with our baby, and although check-out was at 12:00 PM, they kindly allowed us to stay until 1:30 PM because our baby was sleeping. They didn’t cause any inconvenience and were very understanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay here.

I stayed for 3 days. Overall, I had a good time. The checkin was smooth and fast. It is in a great location. It is walkable to to various PoIs. There are multiple good restaurants nearby. There are a bunch of supermarkets nearby etc. My room also had a great view of Mtatsminda Park. Overall, good value for money. The room (esp bathroom) is a bit cramped but okayish given the low price and great location. The location was also a bit confusing. You need to go to 2nd floor and the entrance does not look like a hotel. I also wish they cleaned the room a bit more. The maid just did minor shuffle every day even though I stayed for 3 days.

К сожалению,  наше пребывание в отеле было полностью испорчено клопами! На третий день пребывания мы обнаружили себя полностью покрытыми укусами клопов, наверное штук 100 на каждом (нас двое, фото прикреплены). В тот день мы вернулись поздно и нашли в кровати несколько клопов и их чешуйки. Мы позвонили хозяину, он приехал, а потом в процессе исследования кровати оторвал ткань изголовья и я из нее выпало огромное количество клопов!! Это было просто отвратительно. Хозяин переселил нас в соседний отель (Salve) и на утро сообщил нам, что уже провел дизенсекцию, что вызывает сомнения в ее качестве (это долго, сложно и надо делать дизенсекцию всего отеля). Мы попросили Хозяина вернуть деньги за те дни, что мы не жили и сказали, что собираемся съехать. Он вернулся деньги только за дни, которые вообще ещё не наступили, хотя следовало вернуть за все дни бронирования, ведь мы жили в номере с клопами - как за это вообще можно платить! Мы написали жалобу в букинг с просьбой о компенсации, но они тоже не смогли ничем помочь и отправили 12 евро компенсации, при том, что ночь стоила 30 евро. Мы крайне разочарованы пребывание в отеле, поскольку это испортило наш отдых, и до сих пор, спустя две недели, мы оба очень сильно чешемся, нам также пришлось покупать мази и антигистаминные, и эти 12 евро возвращенные  букингом не покрываются даже этих расходов. Также дополнительно расстроили вопросы друга хозяина, который предположил, что клопов занесли мы сами.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and the room felt fresh and comfortable. The location was also very convenient. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality. We liked everything. There was nothing to complain about.

The hotel's location is a real strength; within easy walking distance of the area's main attractions and nightlife, makes it convenient for exploring the city without relying on transport. Hot water in the bathroom was reliable throughout the stay. Overall, the location alone makes this a solid choice for anyone wanting to be close to the action. On weekend nights noise from the surrounding streets was noticeable and made it difficult to sleep, often continuing until around 5 a.m. The room itself was smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was underpowered, struggling to keep the space adequately cool.

Very clean and beautiful room. Spacious with lots of storage, great lighting and an AC and night stands. The location is great in the beautiful old town of Tiblisi. Comfortable bed and pillows. The walls are too thin we can hear people walking up and down even late into the night. We could hear the alarm of the people next door.

Everything is at reach 5 to 10 minute walk to the center city My stay was great. I have nothing bad to say.

I liked how clean the place is and the rooms are very nice and cozy I faced a problem with carrying the heavy bags to upstairs. I really couldn't do it myself and asked for gustes help different times

The payment was cash only. This should be highlighted in the property. We did not notice this until we got there. The bathroom door was not working. The flush contstantly got stuck too.

The room was quite spacious with a good view. There was no elevator in the building, and our room was on the 4th floor - this is a major drawback with people who have luggage.
