The hotel is located right next to a metro station, it's close to Trinity Church and the staff were great and very helpful. It's a 15 minute walk to old town and most other places you'll visit can be accessed via the subway close by. Thanks to everyone at Piazza! There isn't really much I can say that's negative. It's a small hotel so some amenities may be missing but it was clean and well organized. I'd recommend it if you're planning to go to Tbilisi.

The best location and cozy room and thanks to George and Nick ? for accommodating and helping us. The night when we checked out Nick helped us to get a taxi amidst the crowds at Avlavari Metro. He didn't leave us alone. Me and my 4 friends recommend this Hotel.

Location was good, most of the locations was walking distance, room was clean , good breakfast , all shops, restaurants, bakery’s was near to hotel. Room was newly painted and having some paint smell, remaining all good

Noisy street some nights fights and screams

Property was clean and it was easily accessible. Major attractions were at the walking distance. Everything was good.

I was glad I wasn't left homeless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was uncomfortabley hard; I'd felt the same sleeping on a stone, and believe me, the bed I normally sleep in isn't very comfortable either, but this one was unbearable. The room was very dirty and smelled bad. The towels were awful. We asked for a re-cleaning, but even when they did, it was very superficial. At least the staff tried to be helpful.
