Location is great and stuff was perfect and the room was great

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with everything we needed nearby. The breakfast was just okay—not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. One thing worth mentioning is that the property preferred payment in cash. We come from a country where almost everything is paid by card, so we don't usually carry large amounts of cash while traveling. I explained that we needed to pay by card, and after discussing it, they accepted our card payment. It would be helpful if the preferred payment method were made clearer in advance.

The shower pressure was very bad, reported to the staff, but wasn't fixed, and was disappointing. Breakfast is ok

Everything was good, we checked in early and our room was clean warm and nice. But later on we noticed that the mattress was a bit dirty, it has yellow brown stains. Other than that there was no issue. If you want to live more close to historic center, I would advice to live on another side of the river.

The location is amazing, super close to the metro and everything you might need.

bathroom equipment could be a bit better

Front desk attendant was most helpful and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Location is very easy to get to and convenient for travel around the city. Room was comfy and cozy, with clean and tidy furnishings. Bathroom was quite nice, too.

only the location firstly the staff, they were so horribly noisy, it kind of felt like they were doing it on purpose, slamming all the possible doors, walking noisy, talking very loudly, I hate the mornings there The rooms weren’t properly clean, we asked for bed sheets, but they gave us dirty ones, our room had spiders at the ceiling, and the walls were in small spier webs There was only weird shampoo for the shower and it was falf used

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Facilities are modern and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are not too big, but also the price is not too high. Overall, a very good experience.

The breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it was pretty acceptable. It would be great to have good (not instant) coffee and some pastries. Still, they did offer juice, eggs, sausages, and a decent choice of cheeses and cold cuts, which was pretty good. The hotel had our arrival time and flight number, quoted a price for the transfer, and I confirmed it. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged in the end, even though we were arriving from abroad late at night with three children. Luckily, we managed to order a taxi ourselves and got to the hotel for a third of the quoted price. It just left a slightly disappointing feeling. Other than that, the only minor inconvenience was the noise from the busy intersection and road outside the windows.
