Location was super! Walkable to local restaurants, Avlabari metro station, Rike Park and many things! Room with a great river view, you can see many different scenes during winter. They clean the room everyday, and easy to request extra water. The reception staffs were also friendly. I forgot to bring my charger, and they are very kind to lend his charger till I got it from the nearby store. There was a party right above my floor, and it was loud! Good thing that I am an easy-sleeper so that didn't bother me that much. On my first night, room dining was not available till around 9pm caused of the event going on! They should consider to keep the room dining available at anytime 24/7 since it is a hotel operation.

Halal food is challenging in the restaurant, there is no bell boys to help with luggages.

And the view… wow! Overlooking Tbilisi’s Old City, it felt magical, especially at night. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Room was clean. Staff were able to provide assistance. Location is not that far from downtown and tourists spots. However, we didn’t like breakfast buffet. Same menu everyday. Not that much options for us to eat. Overall it’s a nice experience. Location

The architects of the hotel wanted to be original and give the rooms a unique touch, designing it as a boutique hotel. They succeeded. The view from the restaurant (top floor) is fantastic, and the team is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is decent and plentiful. Unfortunately, the construction quality does not live up to the architects' ambitions. After showering, the entire bathroom and entrance area were flooded. The rooms facing the street are noisy, the curtains don’t close properly, and the green exterior lighting is disturbing. Additionally, the rooms are very, very small.
