I live in Tbilisi, but in this hotel I feel like I'm on a vacation. Also, I love the corridors and stairs – they look like a set for a Kafka play -

Surprised by electric circuit autobreaker - in dark-dark room it make BADA BOOM close to your ear when you put card key into its position :-D Glass wall in the toilet better to be larger, after shower water was almost everywhere.

Rooms are new, spacious and well-furnished. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Cleaning every day. Reliable hot water supply. No noize from the street. Wi-Fi speeds are a bit slow. Windows reflect most of the sunlight so the room is quite dark (had to keep lights on even during the day). Not enough lighting in common areas (staircase).

They charged me more than i should pay! The room was cold like ice and nobody was helping the receptionist barely was understanding language she was russian speaker, the breakfast was dirty and in generally very creepy hotel

Breakfast was very delicious, the place was amazing, the staff was very friendly and the hotel rooms were so cozy, a big thumbs up for a big TV , bathrobes and comfortable beds I liked everything

The hotel is really excellent. The stuff is very friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast (Only missing churchhela). ძალიან მოგვეწონა, დიდი მადლობა პერსონალს. აუცილებლად გესტუმრებით კიდევ :) The only minus I can think of is lightning in the closet area.

Its located in very good location, Staff very friendly and their response to requests is very swift. There is no language barrier. Overall this hotel suits very good for family stay. Actually this was my 2nd stay here, Thanks for staff & Management for wonderful service

Good hotel . Nice staff nice location hotel restaurants near by with 24 hr groceries near by , 25 minutes walking from the university, when you are at your best its difficult to maintain the standards set hence be at par of what you are delivering. and keep the good work go on

Staff were all good, friendly and helpful, with special reference to Mr Sandro, who was really helpful. They all speak good English and ready to assist with finding the places, getting taxi, getting food etc. It is a very dark ambience in the hotel.
