We liked everything

Hotel is located closte to the metro station and at walking distance from the Old Town. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was a good surprise. The room was spacious, clean and confortable. Good for a one night stop!

Neat and Tidy All Good

The Interiors of the room were Good. Breakfast was served in a organized way and we enjoyed it. Our Family breakfast table were served with Boiled eggs , Chicken ( Halal as per our enquiry) , Smashed Potato with Cheese and Cereals for kids / adults . We Arrived at around 11 pm from the airport and when we reached the hotel, to our surprise the hotel had just non plastered brick wall from the outside. Generally for a 3 star hotel rating for such type of old and non plastered structure is surprising . No one came to help us in keeping our family luggage to our rooms .. The Receptionist just handed the keys of my room without any guidance as he was an old man probably not knowing to speak in English .. June end is summer in Tbilisi and I took two rooms for my family with 2Adults and 3 kids with AC. Our rooms ACs were not working and eventually one room AC starting working and there no one at the reception to help me with the second room AC at midnight and eventually i slept on the floor and one of the rooms which i paid was not utilized as there was no AC .. The illumination inside the rooms was also very low.

It was very close to the old town of Tbilisi. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. There breakfast was very good too, different every morning. Metro and bus station was just a 3 minute walk. The owner was o lovely man, willing to help us with anything we needed. The mattresses were old enough.

Excellent location. Amazing view to the city from terrace. It wasn’t a problem but would be great to have brighter lighting in the bathroom.

The view from the top floor along the terrace is the only nice thing in this villa. Breakfast was available only with very limited items which are absolutely not suitable for families visiting from India.

It’s pretty close to all sightseeings. I wanna say million thanks to the owner who turned on the AC ahead as it was too cold when we landed in Georgia. The owners were happy to help every time It was pretty cold at night but it wasn’t fault of property

The hotel is very poor & cheap, the owner & the staff are very aggressive, we were afraid even to ask for anything cause they are always angry when we ask about anything. Rooms are VERY cold & the heater is very weak. breakfast is very poor. The picture online is for the only good room there but the actual rooms are totally different.

Location is really super , Major attractions of Tblisi are very near and in a walkable distance. From the balcony itself we could see most of the major attractions of Tblisi .Staff is very supportive and always with smiling face. Breakfast was very tasty.

The furniture was very old and worn out and very dirty, bed complex was very dirty and the towels were fool of holes. The breakfast was poor.

The room is below average. No toiletries and no mirror in the room.Terrace looks good but that it. Breakfast is very normal with boiled eggs and cheese mostly. Owner is a gentleman and greeted with smile. But the property is in a very shabby area,not sweetable for me.Pictures doesn't match the reality. Owner is a gentleman.

Just take a room there , Mr.George will make you feel at home. Great guy with a cute smile. The rooms are great with beautiful view. Hardly anything.

The room was spacious and clean, the location was great, but it was hard to find w place to park nearby. The owner is very helpful, recommend a great restaurant to us The breakfast could be a bit better, have more choice to chose from. Also, there was no internet in some rooms, in mine there was absolutely no signal, I had to come to another one
