Breakfast starts a bit to lateif you're traveling for work.
-
Close proximity to town The lighting in the bathroom was dark , need hand rails on the steps!!!!
-
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Eggs however you want them for breakfast. Dipping pool on roof was lovely

For reasons unclear to me, the hotel accepts online reservations only 1 or more days in advance. If you need a room today, you must know to call them directly. The beautiful pool was not heated so was in the 60s during our visit, which is a shame as it had the perfect view.

This was a lovely, basic hotel to use as a home base for exploring in Tavira. We rented two rooms to accommodate a family of four with young children. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable, clean rooms, the cute mini-pool, and the hearty breakfast included with our stay. It was a short walk across the bridge to reach the historic old town. There was plenty of parking and the area felt safe. The staff were kind. It reminded me of cute little places I stayed at while traveling Europe 15 years ago. Recommend!

Room felt quite small, main door to hallway seemed like it had a loose fit so hall noises were a bit loud. Bathroom light was really dim which made doing makeup difficult. Shower was new and large but one wall was not tiled and seemed to be growing mold. Location was at the outskirts of the old town that felt run down. Bed was a foam mattress that felt ok at first but not so good on the old spine by morning.

A very nice first class hotel, charming and different from all hotel chains

Excellent location

Good location They were kind enough to allow us to store luggage’s after we checked out. The breakfast looks are great; however it was plain. I would skip the breakfast next time.

The staff were all very warm, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and well-equiped and the rooftop terrace and pool is still something I'm dreaming about. The breakfast was great, they happily catered for our gluten free needs and it was all delicious! Perfectly located a short walk from many good restaurants and cafes and not far from the centre and the ferries to the beaches. We will definitely be back for a third stay soon! Nothing! It was perfect.

New, fresh, clean Neighborhood was a little out of the way but still quiet and 8 min walk to everything

Quirky reception area with pleasant ambiance. Small bar available and comfortable sofas to relax on. Staff friendly and helpful (as usual in Portugal). Room comfortable and bathroom immaculate with nice lighting and good shower. Breakfast presentation was good but let down by too much bread/cake of average quality. The coffee from the machine poor. There's many cafes in Tavira serving excellent breakfast and the hotel offering is not currently on a par. Swimming pool (not sure you can actually swim in it!) seemed like a wasted opportunity and an afterthought. Not fit for purpose and a shame given the rooftop location. However, none of these gripes would preclude me from stopping at the hotel in the future.

Unique decor. Comfortable place.

Big room with a fridge. The light in the bathroom. Almost no light there.
-
Very central. Close to Pingo Doce and easy walk to old town. Pillows not really comfortable. Could do with handrail on stairs.

The room was immaculately clean and very spacious (family room) and the bathroom was finished to a very high spec. I've stayed in 4* Hotels in London which weren't anywhere near as nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfectly situated in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the main town. The rooftop terrace and pool also offer a good view of the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Tavira.

Location. Fresh, clean room. Safe. Roof plunge pool was cute and the views were great. There are no staff available after 8pm so should you have an issue like we did with extremely noisy “guests” in the room next door shouting and screaming on their balcony until 3am there is no one to to get assistance from. Room 210 shower tray had quite a bit of black mould and the silicone desperately needed replacing as well as some plasterwork due to excessive damp. This is surprising as it is the start of the main holiday season and I would have thought everything would have been up to date.

The hotel lobby is nicely decorated, staff was really friendly. Our room had a double bed with a sleep sofa for our 9-year old, we all slept really well. There was also small balcony with two chairs (street view), a refrigerator, a safe, and a spacey bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. On the rooftop of the hotel, there is a small swimming pool and some pool chairs. Breakfast was super good (enough food, nicely presented) and is served in the lobby. Parking is for free in the streets around the hotel (quite busy though). The city center and a lot of good restaurants are in walking distance.

Good location, new and comfortable. Good breakfast. The rooftop has potential for summer. The WiFi in the bedroom only worked with the tv on. We checked in after 18h and apparently if you want to have breakfast there you need to say it before 18h, would be nice to know in advance.
