I slept very well here and the sheets were very nice as were the pillows. That is usually not the case with these mid price chains. There was plenty of parking. The drapes offered sufficient dark darkness for a good nights rest. The room was spacious. It was a very good overnight stay. They could improve their signage a lot. The person at the desk admitted that it was a large facility and I would be better off parking in a different area. I managed to find the elevator OK, but I couldn’t figure out where the entrance was from the parking lot because it was dark and raining. They need to sign in the rear pointing to it. There is a railing, but it is impossible to see at night in a heavy downpour. They could also improve the signage to the lobby from each floor in the rear. It is indeed a long walk and I got turned around more than one time. It is a caverns building.

Superb

Quiet, good location, clean room, beds were quite comfortable. Parking fee was unexpected. No free breakfast. When you pay such high room price it would be nice to get some free breakfast. There was no shower cap and vanity kit in the bathroom. The staff at the bar and restaurant was not very welcoming. The smell of rancid butter in the lobby from the restaurant in the evening.

Clean and confortable rooms Nothing really bad to say here. No real breakfast? Just a cafeteria with expensive stuff to buy.

Need adult height toilets.

The room was very nice and the courtyard was nice to gather with family! Only issue was fridge wasn’t working but they replaced it right away.

Loud, rude, unaware neighbors, 8 AM landscapers, extremely expensive self-serve snacks, foods.

Staff was wonderful! Daughter was sick and they were so understanding. Food is good.

Friendliness of staff is a big asset.

We chose to stay in Tarrytown for our July 4th 5 day vacation instead of NYC. It was touted as extremely safe and picturesque and we found it to be both. Had tickets to 3 Yankees games and dinner plans in NYC which we knew would be convenient by train. Having been to NYC many times, this decision was a good one and will do it again. The hotel was just a short cab ride away from the Train Station, quaint downtown Tarrytown and less than a 40 minute contract service ride from and to LGA. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly and our King Room Suite was clean, modern and everything you would expect from a recently remodeled Courtyard. Definitely would recommend!!

TV stopped responding to remote. We then attempted to manually change channels and power TV off from the unit controls. Nothing worked. We had to unplug the TV to turn off. Then it wouldn't turn back on!

Parking was free in hotel's own car park, rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was additional cost at the Starbucks concession in the main lounge/dining area.
