Breakfast options were very less. No Indian breakfast. Serving the BF was not good. They open packing from mouth. Most of the time no attendant in the property. Atleast a watchman is must. In night lights outside was not sufficient. Even in room more lights r required. Tariff was very high for the property. Water taps need to rectified.

Our second visit, and no change to the quiet, private and restful stay. New AC is quiet and effective for bedroom and bathroom. The open living area is showing its age, but still just simple comfort. Pool is perfect temperature, clean and large and absolutely private. Staff look after you with a happy smile, everything is relaxed.

The property was very dirty. Everything is outdoors and only the bedroom has A/C but mosquitoes had already gotten in and I was getting bites within the first few minutes. I communicated with Sari, the owner/manager on WhatsApp and she agreed to a full refund. However, I have only been refunded for one night and would like a full refund. I don’t want to add photos to fully ruin the property reputation.

Quiet location. Easy walkable access to many restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, and the beach. A little dated but tidy. Great breakfast delivered to the room each day. Friendly staff. The pick-up and drop off from and to the airport is a lovely unexpected bonus.

It's excellent value for money, and if all you want is to relax and enjoy yourself, this is the perfect location. The layout and the garden are perfect for a couple, and there is virtually no noise from the outside apart from the occasional plane passing over to and from DPS. The staff were very friendly and attentive and did their outmost to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The WiFi speed was fine and adequate for watching YouTube and Netflix in HD. What came as a surprise to us was that the villa is not in Nusa Dua but rather in Benoa, which is an old, slightly run-down area with limited selection of shops and restaurants. And the villa is not 100 meters from the beach. It's more like 500 meters from an unappealing beach filled with garbage. The bungalow itself and the appliances are a wee bit run-down and the cleaning standard of the kitchen and the cooking utensils are quite substandard. Our recommendation is to give the kitchen an overhaul and renew kitchen utensils. Otherwise remove the kitchen and use the space better.

Good size villa. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Good size pool, yard was private. Food delivery available to villa. Pillows are lumpy. Nearby rooster could be very loud and frequent

Great Stay at Terrace Villa, at check in it was a bit frantic, as staff didnt seem to know about our reservation, once that was sorted out, all was great and we really enjoyed our stay.The Villa is very nice and well equipped, kitchen is a bit old and some termites around, but in all it is a great value for money. The Bed was especially comfortable, same like in a 5 star hotel, very comfortable. The Hot Water in our shower wasnt hot, but it was OK, as the days were so hot anyway. Swimming pool were great and the Wi-Fi was good. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure! Shower didnt have really hot water.
