The website listing is very deceiving The lobby and the pool have bern closed since COVID. No coffee makers in the rooms. The rooms are very dirty, and not cleaned sufficiently.

Hotel morning staff is very rude

The room was in shambles. I would somehow like a refund. There were holes all over. The refrigerator had a hole on the top of it. Looks like the sheets and towels were not washed. The bathroom door had holes in it. The place was destroyed. I won’t go back

It was a bad experience from the start. The guy working initially gave me a room that had 2 Pit Bulls and people inside. The room is dirty, the bed is dirty, things don't work, it stinks

Place was falling apart a little

Absolutely nothing Where do I start? After waiting almost 2 hours to get the key to go to the room even though our room was reserved ahead of time. We go to the 2nd floor the elevator was coming apart. The room was filthy a used toilet paper roll with barely any tissue left was in there, the AC/Hear unit had wires showing, the door to the room wouldn’t lock, the bathroom door was busted, the microwave was unusable as it was rusted out and no turn table which if there was a way to use it I would have been scared to, there was no smoke detectors in the room and it looked like they were pulled out. The so called pool had been filled in with dirt.

The place was an absolute dump. The room was filthy and it smelled and tv didn't work. I was messing with the tv for awhile and tried to call the desk but no one answered. There was also no swimming pool which was advertised. When i realized all of this i asked for a refund, but the desk person said i was there for over an hour and would not issue a refund. The place was an absolute hell hole.

It's old, dirty, has bugs, the bedding is old and stained the shower head drips and isl leaking onto the floor. The toilet seats are old the hard water stains in the toilet are gross.

Everything, housekeeping staff was rude, room was very dirty including the walls, there wasn’t a coffe pot, microwave or refrigerator, the downstairs ice machine was broke, housekeeping came knocking on the door at 10:30am

My room reeked of cigarette smoke & had cigarette burns in the bed coverlet. Mini fridge had not been cleaned...had a piece of penne pasta/crumbs on the shelves. Toilet was not cleaned. Sink vanity had cabinet doors off and shelf was dirty.

Very worn out. Window and door were old and not secure. Dead bolt didn't even work. Not remote for the TV so I couldn't even turn it on. People hanging around outside made it seem unsafe and uncomfortable. The pool was filled with dirt and covered.
