The shuttle to Busch Gardens ran 930 AM to 915 PM Friday-Sunday during our stay and we took advantage of the 5 minute ride, never shared a shuttle with anyone! - Rick was our shuttle driver and was PHENOMENAL! Rick answered all of our questions and even shared input about fireworks/drone show timing and where you could view it from the hotel. We were able to view the show from our room on the 2nd floor, it would have been clearer from the 4th floor. The beds were comfortable after a long day, the bathroom was large, TV had multiple cable channels - no smart TV. Parking was easy and free. We were able to view the show from our room on the 2nd floor, it would have been clearer if the windows were better maintained, or from the 4th floor. The breakfast area was packed, with only 1 item refill brought out at a time, long lines for pancakes with people blocking access to most items. The room itself stayed rather warm during the day and the hallway was hot and humid. The pool area definitely needs some attention but the water temp was perfect for the heat of the summer.

I traveled with my family. Our stay here was amazing. The staff is awesome especially Aunty Zee. The property is well managed and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is a good addition. I would definitely stay again.

Great bang for your buck. Equally great staff and clean rooms. Big rooms too. Close to Busch Gardens and USF. Not much.

Perfect for Tampa travellers

Property is great for location to Busch Gardens and other amenities when traveling. The shuttle service to the amusement park is convenient. Staff was annoyed to have to do their job. Staff was annoyed to have to do their job. Room wasn’t very clean and was in need of updates. The breakfast foods were all cold. It’s a loud area so if you want a quiet stay this is not the location for it.

Good breakfast, good location, nice staff at check in. Mold on wall in bathroom, tub leaked, stains on carpet.

The shadow to the park and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The couch that pulled out into a bed has seen better days. It was very uncomfortable and probably needed to be replaced.
