Residence Inn by Marriott Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital Circle

We don’t stay at the hotel, because of an in house situation; but they put us up in a nearby hotel for the inconvenience. I’m grateful for the staff who helped me out.

The front desk staff (graduate of FAMU) was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, and kitchen with all the utensils; decent breakfast; convenient location but highway road noise comes through the walls.

Air conditioning is loud and closet is right next to bed. Made it hard to rest. We are seniors and In order to get a walk in shower we had to put up with low style toile that made it hard to get up. Pool was out of order and under repair. Staff was great

The pool was on construction.

For the amount of money I paid, they did not mention the swimming pool being redone nor was the maintenance of the rooms up to par. The room smelled bad. The only good thing was the breakfast and the friendliness of the workers.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean. The free breakfast was pretty good. My only complaint is that the biscuits were very hard. Other than that, the breakfast was good. We were a bit disappointed to find the pool closed due to renovations, but it is what it is. Will more than likely stay here again.

Wasn’t terrible but needed cleaning. Tub had hair bathroom sink sink handle was afloat.

The breakfast was really good and the lobby was clean. Cold crisp sheets would visit again.

We are very disappointed paid more though we can swim but no 👎 Just sorry after we found out there is no working swimming for any guests.

Staff was nice and professional, rooms were clean and suited our needs perfectly.

Hotel was rundown and dirty. carpets were filthy. we did not even shower and left as fast as we could. No lotion. The front office staff reaally looked like she had just come from a homeless shelter.

Also no rinse cups in bathroom to rinse mouth. Wont go back. Would have stayed 2 nights but their fee puts them out.

Pool was closed for remodeling.

Pool was under renovation, so couldn’t swim, but other than that, we were very pleased with the room and staff.

Needs an update. Everything was old. Pool was not working. No ice makers in the hotel.

The location The first night we stayed the water in the tub wouldn’t go down. Reported it to front desk the next morning they got right on it. We felt like we were rushed out the room because they were cleaning the carpet and service the air conditioner unit . They came knocking on the door before we could finish getting dressed so we could leave the room. Yes they did give us a notice afterwards we checked in but not an exact time.

I was rather disappointed with this location. We prefer Residence Inn, but this one was run down. The room had an issue with the ice maker - sounded like someone knocking on the door. The front desk person was rude when we checked in - didn’t want to accept my federal ID, would only accept a state issued drivers license (because you must be able to drive to rent a room!). The desk chair was torn and the sheets really thin. Not up to the usual Residence Inn standards.
