Close to downtown Not clean, over-priced, the building is broken, the staff are not friendly, and this hotel is not an honest hotel, they don't have any "star" but they claim they are 5 star hotel, you need to pay to the children playground but this was not mentioned previously, and the worst part is they charge your card earlier than they promised on the contract, and they also claim this is to " protect" the customer?! Don't get it, it's 100% protecting themselves, and they refuse to let you file a complaint to the higher management, only a rude site manager talking to you very impolitely

Good price for a fair sized room in a central location. Staff have been friendlier in the past. Room temperature control was terrible. Winter time visit so this meant that the room was cool.

Staffs’ attitude. Room’s facilities are old and minimal. I stayed at this hotel before but in much better conditions. Management changed.

The second room we received was spacious and very comfortable. Large comfortable king bed. Internet was easy to log into and was very reliable. Area was quiet and housekeeping provided good service. Our first room was dirty, smelled bad, and the linens did not smell fresh. It was unlivable. Housekeeping was not done well or quality checked.

The cost was too high. There have been good places that we stayed in at a lower price in expensive cities.

On the first day of our stay, when we went out for dinner and asked them to clean, they forget to come. On the day of checkout, even though the official checkout time was 11:00 AM, they knocked on our door at 10:50 AM to remind us to leave. During our stay, no one greeted us, smiled, or made us feel welcome.

Room and bathroom are quite spacious and comfortable. Cockroach in the cabinet, yellow-stained bathtub, very outdated hotel building in need of renovation.

We went there many times and enjoyed the stays. Now there’s a new management team. Everything went downhill. Very sad! The house keeping is messy. The band-wave of the Internet is very weak. We can’t even watch any regular tv program . And the person at the front desk hung up phone on us when we called to ask question.
