Location is good, only a 30 minute walk to the Opera House (you can wapk through the botanical garden which is gorgeous). The staff is incredibly nice. Checking in is also really easy no matter what time you arrive. The beds are comfortable and really pretty and cozy. I would really recommend not to book the rooms with the "views"/windows because the windows are made of paper and you can hear everything. Or get earplugs because they are much needed as it is a very busy road. They did offer to change my room when I mentioned it but I just wouldn't bother paying extra for a window. Get the view on the wall. Considering how incredible Sydney is, you'll never be in your room anyways.

The staff was really hepful, they genuinely made our stay easy and comfortable. The lights in the hallways could be dimmed down for the night, it is not a real problem but its the only thing i would change

I had a wonderful stay. Martina was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. I have arrived early due to my flight arrival time in hope to leave the baggage, but to my surprise Martina checked me in at 9am! I was so happy as it helped me a lot and let reorganise after long flight. She definitely made my stay there memorable and comfortable, if management reads it - please give her a raise! She deserves it. Besides that, property is really close to the city center, bathrooms are clean and on each floor, so it is easy to find one free. Breakfast was delicious. Extremely good value for money, book without hesitation :) Everything was perfect

Martina made my stay an excellent one as she recommended many places to me and even gave me insider advice my journey to Chile ! Without her the experience would have been average but people make the difference! Thank you Martina you are a star ⭐️ The code for the front door was changed and I forgot to ask another member of staff so I was left outside…

Such a cosy bright place to stay, in a great location, for a really fair price. The room and bed was so comfy. The projector in the room was an awesome bonus. Bathroom was clean and the complimentary continental breakfast was better than most. Looking forward to staying here again.

- Very clean facilities - Comfortable bed - Well-laid-out room - In-room projector with phone connection - Lovely warm showers - Good breakfast - Feeling safe thanks to the code you have to enter at the doors. - After a while, we lost our Wi-Fi but were allowed to move to another room that did have a good connection. - The LED lighting in the hallway did not dim at night, so if you needed to go to the toilet, the entire room was filled with bright light. My partner woke up a couple of times because of this. - The bright light from the hallway came through the cracks in the doors, meaning the room was not completely dark at night. (A sleep mask is therefore recommended). - It is noisy when others talk loudly or watch a movie with high volume. We heard another couple in the room next to us watching a loud movie at 11:15 PM. We had to say something about it ourselves because there was no staff present during the night. (Earplugs are therefore recommended). - The small shelves above the desk had decorations glued to them. Because of this, we could barely put any items on them.

The hotel is clean and the bathroom facilities are good, even whilst sharing them with other guests. The showers on the first floor were so good! It is really nice that every room has its own sink. The kitchen has everything you need and the breakfast is a nice way to start your day, and if you want you can have a chitchat with other guests. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I found the location less ideal for public transport, all the stations/bus stops were a few minutes away and we needed to transfer to get into the city centre. However, the location was perfect for the nearby parks, which is where we had to be for the half marathon so this hotel was perfect for us :-) I would book it again! Soundproofing could be a bit better, for example for the doors to the bathrooms and rooms. It didn't bother us much, as everybody in the hotel was really respectful and kind so there were no noises late at night or early in the morning.
