Great location Clean ,and great staff NA

Very well appointed room, and super friendly and attentive staff. Accessing the hotel is at the mercy of a very slow lift.

The location was great. Well, the online hotel services is more of a decoration than a real services. Remembered I tried to get a dental kit and put the requests at least 2 times but got nothing. In the end I went out to buy my own toothpaste. Plus. I put the sign of no housekeeping on a day but my room was still got cleaned - I’m not complaining the room being cleaned but staff entered the room even when I told not to. Last but not least, there’s a campaign of “10 bucks credit for everyday you skip the housekeeping”, which I didn’t get anything in the end or had anyone reminded me how it was done.

Proximity to attractions and ease of access to transport. Only one lift operational in the building to the rooms and it was out if order on the morning I checked out.

We booked this property because of its proximity to the Capitol theatre. The staff were all very helpful and no request was too much trouble (unfortunately we had na LOT of requests). A hairdryer was provided on the back of the bathroom door. The cost to stay here was $360 per night so we expected the room to contain the usual amenities. We booked this property after viewing photos and considering its feedback score. Our room did not live up to this. It was very small with two queen beds in it and two fold up type chairs. There was only a space for one suitcase. There was no wardrobe! FOUR coat hangers were provided on hooks on the wall next to the TV and you had to brush past your clothes each time you went to the bathroom. There were no tissues, no shower cap, no biscuits, cheap coffee, no iron. You could only watch Samsung TV channels on the TV, no mainstream channels-very poor in this day and age. We even went back to reception to check! Two people, let alone four, could not store their toiletries on the very narrow bathroom shelf provided and if the toilet seat was left up it would touch them. There was black mould in the shower and the previous occupants long hairs were still attached to the shower wall. The back of the toilet seat was dirty and had definitely not been cleaned in a while. This made us very nervous about the cleanliness of the beds and the carpet. There was only one lift for five floors of occupants, so it took forever to get in and out of the building. There was a lot of hype about the ‘dining experience’ provided in the emails prior to arrival, totally opposite to what we experienced. The dining area was like a bare cafeteria and the very limited evening menu included three types of pizza and two types of fries, nothing healthyish.

I had a great and relaxing stay! Special shoutout to Mogi & Potpot for their exceptional service, who worked exceptionally throughout my visit. They are excellent communicators, very attentive to evey need, and consistently deliver outstanding service. Two thumbs up for both of them. The location is also perfect! - centered near all major transport options, making it easy to reach every place I needed to visit, near to souvenir shops (cheaper in down Hay Market). Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Everything was great, but I did miss having a bidet in the bathroom. It's part of my daily routine, so having one would make the stay even better.

Proximity to the places that we were visiting in Sydney. Nice, private hotel with all the amenities that you needed. Perhaps a little more food options for later at night.

The location was very convenient and easy to get around from. The bedsheets were noticeably unclean upon arrival and were not changed properly during our stay. Because of this, I felt itchy and uncomfortable every single night.
