It was close to where we needed to be We paid a lot of money for our room and it was right next to the elevators I was awake all night I spoke to the receptionist and told them how I felt She said next time request a quieter room away from elevators and we will put you down the back However my thought is shouldn’t it have been a priority in the first place They must know that room is noisy but they were happy to put us there and hoped for no complaints

Central to city, staff were very helpful, parking was tight, but available, which was a great benefit for us, warm welcome cookies were lovely, room was very clean. Nothing.

Good location, cleaned room each day. Had no hot water all day Saturday and most of Saturday night. A crew of guys were working with a jackhammer across the road Saturday and Sunday morning.

Comfy bed. The wait for an elevator was dreadful. Waited up to 15 minutes for a lift. Would have been quicker using the stairs
