The Capsule Hotel - Hostel

Great location, decent room, but on top of that, excellent service. I carelessly lost my cardholder. I went to the reception and she gave me the spare card to open the door and assured me while I was stress.

I have always been impressed by the Capsule. The pods are always clean and tidy, as are the facilities like the shower and toilet. The shared space is also well kept. Nothing major. The lift wasn't working when I was there last, but it was due to an upgrade, so unavoidable. I have also had internet issues in the past, but they've been resolved after a short wait.

Clean, safe and friendly staff. A room deodoriser in the rooms would be good. Elevator was down during my stay but that was unavoidable. Not a deal breaker.

Bed and bedding were clean, room was clean enough Lift wasn't working, the lockers require you to purchase a lock.

The service and location were amazing The facilities themselves, the toilets and showers were not pleasant, the smells and tidiness was very questionable. The dorms had the smell of body odour and was very humid. Despite the location being very convenient, it also attracted a lot of noise. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper

It is centrally located but the area itself is quite noisy outside- can’t help with that. Just the way a busy area is. It is clean considering there the toilet was clogged with tissues by someone despite the sign not to put anything in the toilet bowl but use the bin provided. Going up and down the stairs is a challenge! The lift was under renovation at the time of my stay.

Great value for the price. Very clean linen and a comfortable bed It seems that the lift is being repaired now. A little bit of oil and some packing would stop the noise from the squeaky bedroom door

The location was good. The mattress was comfortable and linen and towels were clean. The showers were hot. There was a kitchenette and some chairs. It was surprisingly quiet. Earplugs still recommended. The place advertises lockers on multiple tabs in the listing but on only one as an afterthought it is nentioned that they aren't lockers unless you bring your own padlock (or buy one) which feels deceptive. This should be prominent,. They sell locks at reception which ups the cost of a stay about 12%. The listing also doesn't mention that the lift is currently out of order, so if you have big bags you have 3 flights of stairs to climb with them, as a person arriving at the same time as me did. The capsule door is a blind, so thin. These don't lock shut either, so when you go to the bathroom basically anything not locked away is in the open. I found it very awkward getting down the ladder from the top capsule.

The privacy, you are with other people but have your own private space. The bathroom, separate rooms it was like having your own little bathroom. The staff were always helpful and available Climbing to the 4th floor on a spiral staircase. This is only temporary as the lift is being repaired

Все было хорошо. Чистые спальные места. Спокойная обстановка. Я с удовольствием отдохнул после дневных экскурсий по городу. Утром с удовольствием выпил чай на кухне. Спасибо за отдых. Небыло зелёного чая на кухне.
