Location , staff attitude . No microwave in the room and small fridge not powerful one which I needed for baby food preparation and storage.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to all great places to go and see. Great for all buses, trains and ferries. We came by car it is great that they have valet parking. Great lobby and Restaurant/Bar area…. Then up in lift …the hallways could do with a nicer carpet. Room was ok, clean and the bed could do with a top sheet! Not just the quilt. Tried the switch for the Night light? What and where was it?? (Thank goodness I take our own night light…) Now the Air Con……. Fix the controller so the Fan goes down to 1 bar. We couldn’t get it to go down! I know we could have turned it off but the room would get stuffy. On leaving we had a letter under the door (we’ve always had) ok BUT it’s always been the bill not what we had …saying that the credit card was declined!!!! Change the wording to - - Please settle your account, with the credit card, thank you so much….

We took our family on a cruise. We flew from Auckland and needed somewhere to stay overnight, so as not to miss the cruise ship the following day. The Marriott Circular Quay is very convenient to the Circular Key ferry terminal, with only a 3-5 minute walk./ Very handy when you have grandchildren in tow. The Hotel is very close to supermarkets and eating establishments A very afordable Family orientated, top class hotel. Nothing. It was a great family-oriented hotel at a great price

Warm greeting from valet ready to open my door when I arrive. Concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was ready when I arrived a couple of hours early. Clean and tidy room, cleaning staff were friendly. Plenty of options for buffet breakfast. I had left my headphones behind. The communications were quick and efficient and my headphones were posted to me in a timely manner. Thank you. That I couldn't stay longer. Can't wait for my return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sydney Harbour Marriott as a family of eight. We had two rooms with two double beds and amazing Opera House views. The hotel kindly accommodated our request to have the rooms as close together as possible, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were exceptional - friendly, professional, courteous and always happy to help. They went above and beyond to assist us with organising transportation for our group and provided excellent advice regarding timing and logistics. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of both hot and cold foods. Everything was delicious, and the wait staff were prompt, friendly and attentive. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Circular Quay, The Rocks, Sydney Opera House and many of Sydney’s attractions. We highly recommend the Sydney Harbour Marriott and look forward to staying with Marriott again.

The location was excellent-just off Circular Quay-close to trains, ferries, restaurants and the Opera House. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. A bit expensive ( although given the location it was reasonable) and lacking in character. No other complaints.
