Old, dinghy, walls are thin and you can hear people walk on the floor above you. No safe for personal effects.
-
There was no breakfast offer. I could hear all the noises from the room above.
-
decent for the price. staff were super friendly and helpful. no elevator. rooms were dark
-
location is good. close to nursing home where my mother is staying at the room was not cleaned properly. under the bed were previous peoples garbage. please tell your cleaners to move the beds and vacuum under them. otherwise the room was a bit old, the bathroom pretty shabby but worked.
-
Location was good...near to train station and all attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful....room/bathroom was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Our stay in Sydney was wonderful. It was a perfect place to stay. The neighborhood was unique and vibrant, and the transport connections were very convenient. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We are very satisfied.
-
location is perfect as close to town and food outlets. The rooms are very small and dated. This is budget hotel room.
-
Location was useful. Rated as premium room in a 4* hotel. Walls damaged, cheap furniture that creaked when opened, dirty air con vents which barely cooled the room. Overpriced for what was provided.

Nasty

locaiton older hotel needing a remodel
-
There was leaky tap that was annoying but I didn’t get to report it.
-
The AC was not working, so there was no air circulation in the room, and the windows did not open.

Front desk clerk, Emil was wonderful. He was very informative and helpful with our very heavy luggage. He provided local recommendations for cafe, etc. If we ever return back to Sydney - we will definitely stay here again.
-
Staff were very friendly and responsive - rooms are a little tired, and could use with a fresh coat of paint... but for the price paid per night, the room was fine - very comfy bed, and was a nice quiet sleep
-
Excellent location, decent sized room, good bathroom accessories, staff at front desk very helpful Bathroom is a bit cramped
-
Able to change room with minumum fuss Reception desk not manned some of the time
-
The check-in was easy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The room had everything I needed including my streaming tv which is rear. This was a great stay for me. N/A

Excellent location being just a short walk to restaurants, cafes and the supermarket. Room itself was clean and comfortable. No lift so definitely would not recommend if you are not travelling light or have mobility issues. Instead of handing out breakfast vouchers for your entire stay at check in, you had to collect them from reception the morning of. And reception didn't open early. We did end up being able to get vouchers issued after explaining we needed to leave the hotel early to work at an event, but annoying this isn't standard practice.
-
A bit outdated and tired interior, but comfortable and in a good location.

It was a great location The bed had bedbugs. The staff did not organise the voucher for breakfast the first morning. The air conditioning was old and hardly worked.
