Very comfortable bed. Just near the park. Easy walk to central. Nice space downstairs to sit and relax. Walls too thin. On a busy road.

The hotel was very close to the station and a nice pub around the corner for dinner. Staff very lovely and helpful. Great location. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Rooms and bathrooms must have had a somewhat recent renovation. The rooms have polished concrete floors which I liked; sometimes affordable accommodations can have questionable carpets so this felt cleaner. The bed was very comfortable. Obviously it is near the railway lines so you could hear the trains. I knew that when I booked and brought earplugs; however I didnt end up using them so the soundproofing must be fairly good.

Handy location and price for what I was looking for on that day. Very noisy. Heard noises all night long from both inside and out of the hotel. Bed not very comfortable so all in all a terrible sleep

Staff were beautiful, room was small but fine and clean and had what I needed. Television wouldn't work and wouldn't let me cast from my phone (ie. when I tried it asked for a password to someone elses account). Mostly what let me down was the road work happening outside late at night which meant I ended up lacking sleep and extremely tired for work the next day. I would've appreciated a heads up so I could have chosen to go elsewhere.

It was central for our needs. Echo in the hall ways. The light from the hallway was visible when room was dark, creating light in the room.

Their claim of having sound-proofing is a total lie. You can hear not only everything in every nearby room but also everything from the train station and road. I was unfortunate enough to be give a room right next to the train tracks at first, despite paying them a hefty sum because I had to stay a month. If you get one of those rooms, it is impossible to get a moments rest: the trains are so loud throughout the day and night that you might as well be sleeping on the tracks. When I asked for a room change they stalled and delayed, finally five days later they gave me a smaller, cramped room without reducing any of the bill. When I complained, their slimy, disgusting manager lied that he will give me a refund, then asked for my phone, tried to cancel my booking through my app without my consent, kick me out early, and keep all the money. The other manager, equally slimy and disgusting, then had the audacity to claim they’re both doing me a favour and I shouldn’t be complaining. They also keep avoiding basic hotel tasks, no regular cleaning. Drawers etc are flimsy and broken. The room door is pathetically tiny/narrow. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
