rooms were clean. amenities like towels and bottled water were provided. no hotel reception or front desk, just a pub/bar attendant and only during bar hours. no room phone to call guest services. no elevator and not accessibility friendly. shower, sink, and toilet water ran dry. Squeky noise on floor when walking

Location was handy, which is why we booked it. The bed was also large and comfortable. The man who checked us in was also kind and helpful. The room had a musty odour to it. The carpet flooring at the shower door was wet, even before we utilised the bathroom. The price was much higher than other rooms I have previously booked in Sydney for much higher quality, the location just wasn't as convenient for what we were doing.

Not much Stairs were not mentioned. No lift!!

Excellent location near Town Hall. Accessible by public transport. Good shower with optional hand held attachment. The room was well insulated from the pub although the guest above us appeared to be thumping around the room. The room had air conditioning which worked well. Suitable for an overnight stay - clean and cheaper than many other places in the CBD with room/ensuite during holiday season. Basic facilities only. The bed was against one wall which made it difficult for the second person to get in/out. No mini fridge although there were tea and coffee provisions available on the floor outside the room. The ensuite was approx 120cm by 180cm. The room was accessible by stairs only.

Our only issue was that there is no lift, staff was kind enough to take our luggage to the second floor.

Location was superb and staff were very friendly

Noisy motor outside room

Great location, central to everything, the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. Good for a night or two, but rather small, especially the bathroom.

Located near Town Hall train station. No lift & room was on second floor. Very small compact bathroom unit. TV was a bit dodgy & difficult.

I went to check in and was told I hadn’t paid despite to pay again, despite having proof that I had already paid. I ended up leaving and staying else where as I was not okay with being ripped off. They had all the evidence saying I prepaid and yet tried to change me again. When I told then no you clearly see I have paid already, they told me to just pay as I have no choice. They are just out to make as much money as possible. Be very careful if you attempt to stay there, the location is great but not worth it.

Location, room was clean, no street noise Good food options. My ed was comfortable. The in room TV was difficult to work. Slow response to changes. Disappointing. A face washer would have been good
