Great location for visiting St Vincents Hospital. Short bus ride to city. Pub over the road with convenience store next door. Short walking distance to Reservoir Gardens. Clean, comfortable rooms. Loved the wacky decor. Exactly as shown in photos. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. Had a lift. Great roof top bar. The cost of the room was very reasonable for such a new and well appointed Sydney hotel. Very quirky and vibrant. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Restaurant, cafe and bar at the hotel (and another nearby) were expensive and quite up market in their style of food. There were a couple of burger options and the main dishes in the main restaurant were very expensive for those on a tight budget. If you aren't into the trendy veggo share type dishes, the pub over the road is the best option for people who want a normal meal at a good price.

Comfortable and clean. Very expensive considering what we get. Location could better.

The location, the bedding, all is new. - The cleaning of the rooms was bad. - A 25hr named hotel with most of clients in the jet lag with bo coffee on it. The name is nice, the ideia, but it lacks service, soul, hospitality. It’s an instagram thing. Disappointed.

Tom, the manager, was extremely rude and off-putting. His behaviour was unacceptable and not suited to a role in hospitality. A simple request was unnecessarily escalated and handled poorly.

Location is great if you want to be in the center of Paddington, near the fun but on a more quiet corner. It’s also newly remodeled. The staff was very kind, friendly and seemed highly educated. All I would change would be the esthetics and decor of the room (black walls, checkered carpets and the narrow cheap beds)

Outstanding. Loved the artwork. High quality fixtures and decor. Colourful and energetic from the minute you walk in. Excellent staff and welcome

Cool, modern nice rooms Air con wasn’t working in the room on a super hot day so the room was a hot box. Just awful! They had no idea. Couldn’t fix it. Took 6 hours to get moved to a new room. No room service which is bad for the price point. No iron in room.

Location was great! Amenities such as free waters, snacks, and pour over for making coffee were much appreciated Key was disabled on day of checkout but prior to checkout which was unfortunate
