Price and location WiFi did not work.

Deedee at the front desk was very helpful during my stay.

The room was good. Clean. I liked the separation of the toilet and shower from the sink area. I liked that the room was on the 3rd floor and the location of the room was good. The check in was where I had a problem. I felt as if I was going through a check in process the same or as strict as a prison check in process when trying to visit someone in prison! After signing all manner of documents stating rules and regulations, I asked the young lady if where I was parked was okay: I was just joking. She asked me to physically show her where I was parked and she literally came from behind the desk and almost went out the door before telling me that I would have to move my vehicle to another parking area and to make sure that I did not back in. I admit that I don't stay in hotels often, but I do not recall ever having to go through a check in process quite like that!

Great staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were up to date and clean. Will stay again.

If you want breakfast there , you will have to pay for it separately at the bristo

Restaurant services were ok but not great’

Close to the conference I had to travel to - nice size room Dated - shower/ tub and tv (Phillips brand) didn’t work properly and maintenance had to come and got it working and then next morning it was the same thing not working properly - they were suppose to hold $20 for incidentals and it was never reversed my bank posted the transaction and the hotel said wait 7-10 days. I checked out on 7/24/26 and today is 8/7/26 and there has been no reverse of my $20. You call several times and was hard to get someone to pick up. It was also like that at check out. No one was at the desk and we kept having to say HELLO multiple times before someone came o assist us. I Never had this problem with any other hotel I have ever booked.

We were told breakfast was free well continental but then we went down and they said we had to pay for it.

Everything was great except they ran out of food and I had to order out but other than that everything was great

The room was clean. Didn't have interaction with the staff except the guy at the reception desk. He didn't say much. There's no breakfast included...not even a donut or coffee. I think there was a spot to purchase food but not sure. Room temp was fine. My handicap room was very roomy & the bathroom easily maneuvered. We just needed a room to sleep overnight in so in fit the bill on that.

i love the staff they were very friendly and helpful what i didnt like was there was a church group there and they were not considered about other residents there but spoke with the front desk and they were very apologetic

room was clean and fresh. Staff was nice and gave me a lot of help.
