The hotel itself isn't that great. Bed is not that comfortable, WIFI quite spotty, and the fragrance gave me a migraine. But the breakfast is the best I had on this work trip. I would consider just going to breakfast but probably wouldn't stay again. Not comfortable bed, not good wifi, bad fragrance...

Booking.com was bad...when offering room is not same when come in the room ...when we chose Premier executive whit bath tube in picture and facilities different when we check in...so I have to upgrade to business executive..luckily staff Agnes was great to check available room to offering.

Its my 4th time staying here. I personally like this hotel cos of the spacious room, cleanliness and services. The hotel been some years old; inevitably there would be wear and tear. This year (4th year) as I return to the hotel I notice a few wear and tear not being maintained: 1] in my first night, I was given room 1116, the wall paper had peeled off and not retouched. 2] on my second leg of the trip I stayed for 4 nights, I was given room 1804. The shower glass panel will make noise when you touched it. Implying it’s loosen and it does make me feel unsafe each time I need to use the toilet. 3] the hotel supply of shower gel is rather waxy / slippery. When used, I find I need pro-long running to wash off the soap. 4] the anti-slip mat was provided with good intention. However over prolong use, it no longer anti-slip. I avoided using it as I find less foot grip when I stand on it while showering. Perhaps can recheck items for the desired conditions if it still functioning well. 5] the housekeeping re-arranged our stuff even when we had placed a hand-written note in Bahasa Indo. This was rectified after I wrote in to the hotel management. Overall I find there needs to be a more thorough maintenance and continuous training of staff to upkeep the standards. Else normalcy will set in and standards will drop.

We are definitely happy with the room n enjoyed the spread of the daily breakfast. We also enjoyed the alacarte dinner is at the restaurant. Checkin was prompt n the front desk were very friendly n efficient. The hotel spa experience is not very good. The therapist was not professional. Perhaps it’s because it is nearly closing time. The ambience is pretty good.
